“Currently enjoying the Simmer Pot Latte. For whomever concocted this recipe, please give them a raise! So yummy! Lovely place, friendly staff, amazing coffee and treats.“

“I ordered two tray bakes for Christmas and they were delicious!! I will definitely be ordering from Smallcakes again!“

“Got ice cream for us and kiddie cup for our Shih-Poo, Jack. Really enjoyed the patio seating too! We'll be back!“

“I order the peach cobbler with extra crust … omg. It was amazing.“

“This is a very busy place, so expect a wait. They serve food (fried food, burgers, etc.), and it was standard, but the extensive and unique ice cream selection make this place special. Our party had caramel, peanut butter, and German chocolate soft serve. The ice cream was delicious!“

“In this time of “Social-Distancing”, Sonic is the perfect choice for a family meal. Great food and drink choices. The privacy of your own vehicle. Plus, kind of a great respite from the madness and a nice break with a nice bit of normality...“

“Tried the new big dill smasher meal, burger was good. tots were ok, regular tots with dill pickle seasoning. The dill slush was ok, the dill flavor was a little too strong for me. Overall it was worth trying, I would eat the burger and tots again and just get a different drink!“

“The service at collierville was AMAZING!!! Latoya went above and beyond to take care of me and the kids when their power went down. The burgers were made so quickly and everything tasted amazing!! Thank you so so much Latoya!! We will definitely be back.“

“This location is the best in the city. Was having some difficulty redeeming rewards and they helped me out incredibly well. The workers here really care about you and are very helpful without any hassle. And the cookies are great too. The workers here need a raise for real. Thank you guys again, I'll be back soon!“

“i love it here and the 2 young ladies are sweethearts!!“

“Overall amazing experience. The workers were lovely, let us try every single flavor and didn't even get upset when we kept adding things to our order. Even the customers were kind. They have funnel cakes, water ice, chilli dogs, and even regular ice cream (curious what water ice is? Think softer snow cones) I will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone in the area.“

“My family loves Menchie’s! We have been going between this location and the one on Winchester for years! My only complaint is our last visit the young cashier lady told all of the kids that there wasn’t any coloring pages even though they’re always available. Not sure what that was about..“

“I wanted to take the time to thank Erin H. for delivering the best customer service and for taking the time to make sure my order is correct. Majority of the time I come and get the OURS size and 6/10 I have issues. It not being mixed properly, not being able to fill it to the top, or just an attitude of not wanting to make it,especially when I’m the one paying $15+ for icecream. I should be able to have a full serving of icecream not 90%. But even so I’ve met a few good ones that are good at what they do all around. And Erin is one of them and I appreciate it!“

“I had a fantastic poke bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, onions, pineapple, mango, masago, seaweed salad, yum yum sauce, and nori flakes — and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I WAS DELIGHTED!! I tried a peach black tea with boba beads and it was satisfying as well. The poke bowl had all of the tastes and textures that I have been craving and I grinned my way through it and totally kicked myself for waiting so long to try it. The fish was fresh, the rice was wonderful, the veggies and fruit were excellent and crisp, the avocado was perfectly creamy, the yum yum sauce was amazing and all of it blended perfectly together for a bowlful of perfect bites that were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. The atmosphere was hip, the music young and fresh, the tables were clean and my husband and I recognized that we were by far the oldest people in the place (mid 40s) - but we loved it and we will be back for more!“

“amazing place!“

“I ordered an Ole Miss cake that turned out amazing! The birthday boys loved it and it was delicious! Will definitely be back, thanks again!“

“Best snow cone ever - #supreme!“

“Been coming here for years! Never really had any problems aside from young folks working alone in a dangerous city, sometimes disappearing for several tens of minutes into the back, leaving all customers alone. Really great set of workers when i’ve visited. Will be a Menchie’s Customer for life!“

“The Worker named: Sam, is the most professional person who works at this ice cream shop! He makes beautiful cakes and he is kind and friendly to all customers (even the rude ones)! A lot of the unprofessional workers (young kids) are no longer there (for obvious reasons)! I prefer him when I go in there to order cakes and ice cream! ?“

“My kids and I love it here! While we were in this time, the cashier dealt really well with a difficult customer while still being friendly and understandable. It’s always very clean and they have a small selection of children’s books to choose from to help keep the kiddos entertained if they finish their ice cream before you finish yours. Will be coming back all summer long & then some!“

“B-R is my drop in ‘go to’ when I am in the village and need a friendly face and a delicious dessert.“

“We drive from Northern Mississippi to Germantown Tennessee to get this yogurt. (About 40 minutes)It’s so delicious and I love being able to fix my dessert just the way I want.🍨 It’s a little pricey but sooo worth it! The owner is not very personable but everyone is not outgoing and talkative. As much as I love excellent customer service, I don’t go here for the service because I know what I’m going to get…a simple hello and my total. So I’m good! Just keep the cream tasty!😁“

“Always great fast food and drinks. Carhops are always friendly. Once in a while it can take a little time to get your order. But I’m sure that’s got something to do with being short staffed. Overall great place“

“the costumer service is outstanding both times we’ve gone. the patty melt is my favorite, we all love the ff too and the custard is awesome, everything we ordered was good i will say on friday night, she screwed up the ice cream order, and custard seemed very soft we ate it anyway sunday was the best and since when do you see anyone asking if your food was ok or if you need anything? that’s how friendly the people are. definitely will return“

“Beautiful smiles greet you as you come in to this lovely store. Fresh yummy treats!“

“Really wonderful ice cream & friendly employees.“

“Was very crowded,bt the the staff was on point and doing their THING!!! 😊“
