“I had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery on Germantown Parkway! The store was spotless, and you could tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. The service was excellent—friendly, quick, and attentive from start to finish.

My go-to order is the Peanut Butter Perfection, and it did not disappoint. It’s the perfect mix of creamy, rich, and indulgent—definitely my favorite creation on the menu.

“My kids and I love it here! While we were in this time, the cashier dealt really well with a difficult customer while still being friendly and understandable. It’s always very clean and they have a small selection of children’s books to choose from to help keep the kiddos entertained if they finish their ice cream before you finish yours. Will be coming back all summer long & then some!“

“I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“

“I told the lady (about 45-50 years old) that the cheese on the esquite was spoiled! I even told my little sister to try it and she barely could🤢 it was disgusting.

“I had a fantastic poke bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, onions, pineapple, mango, masago, seaweed salad, yum yum sauce, and nori flakes — and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I WAS DELIGHTED!! I tried a peach black tea with boba beads and it was satisfying as well. The poke bowl had all of the tastes and textures that I have been craving and I grinned my way through it and totally kicked myself for waiting so long to try it. The fish was fresh, the rice was wonderful, the veggies and fruit were excellent and crisp, the avocado was perfectly creamy, the yum yum sauce was amazing and all of it blended perfectly together for a bowlful of perfect bites that were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. The atmosphere was hip, the music young and fresh, the tables were clean and my husband and I recognized that we were by far the oldest people in the place (mid 40s) - but we loved it and we will be back for more!“

I had turned off the windshield wipers because I didn't want to add more water on the server. Our order was incorrect and as I shared that with her it looked like a bucket of water fell from out of nowhere! She shivered, smiled, and said I'll be right back. I gave her every dollar in my hand (about 8) for a $7 order! She didn't complain, curse, have a bad attitude, etc.“

This is not the worst burger and not the best, but a good burger and a good price with descent service. I dont think they pretend to be anything else.
I hope a place like this can make it against national burger chains that are next door.“

“In the morning the service is real good but after three in the afternoon they always getting things wrong the food most of the time is cold and taste old. They always in the afternoon got them young boys outside and sometimes there is young girls out there. Playing loud music and making there car make loud noises. And giving them free food and drinks I know it's free because they said it was. So in the afternoon I would not recommend no one to go to the Sonic and cutting the 99 cent drinks in the morning is not good.“
