“My family loves Menchie’s! We have been going between this location and the one on Winchester for years! My only complaint is our last visit the young cashier lady told all of the kids that there wasn’t any coloring pages even though they’re always available. Not sure what that was about..“

“I wanted to take the time to thank Erin H. for delivering the best customer service and for taking the time to make sure my order is correct. Majority of the time I come and get the OURS size and 6/10 I have issues. It not being mixed properly, not being able to fill it to the top, or just an attitude of not wanting to make it,especially when I’m the one paying $15+ for icecream. I should be able to have a full serving of icecream not 90%. But even so I’ve met a few good ones that are good at what they do all around. And Erin is one of them and I appreciate it!“

“I had a fantastic poke bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, onions, pineapple, mango, masago, seaweed salad, yum yum sauce, and nori flakes — and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I WAS DELIGHTED!! I tried a peach black tea with boba beads and it was satisfying as well. The poke bowl had all of the tastes and textures that I have been craving and I grinned my way through it and totally kicked myself for waiting so long to try it. The fish was fresh, the rice was wonderful, the veggies and fruit were excellent and crisp, the avocado was perfectly creamy, the yum yum sauce was amazing and all of it blended perfectly together for a bowlful of perfect bites that were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. The atmosphere was hip, the music young and fresh, the tables were clean and my husband and I recognized that we were by far the oldest people in the place (mid 40s) - but we loved it and we will be back for more!“

“My kids and I love it here! While we were in this time, the cashier dealt really well with a difficult customer while still being friendly and understandable. It’s always very clean and they have a small selection of children’s books to choose from to help keep the kiddos entertained if they finish their ice cream before you finish yours. Will be coming back all summer long & then some!“

“the costumer service is outstanding both times we’ve gone. the patty melt is my favorite, we all love the ff too and the custard is awesome, everything we ordered was good i will say on friday night, she screwed up the ice cream order, and custard seemed very soft we ate it anyway sunday was the best and since when do you see anyone asking if your food was ok or if you need anything? that’s how friendly the people are. definitely will return“

“The food is great especially the lemon pepper wings. On a drunk run the burgers are good too. The fried fish is excellent. For a person of a certain size this place is a dream come true. The service is as expected for a Lil spot. They really need to clean up outside that's not a good look.“
