We’ve been enjoying the food at Firehouse for years, but I just came to post a review because I was SO pleased to see evidence of inclusive hiring practices when we ate lunch there today. Great service from everyone we interacted with!

Firehouse Subs Germantown offers a unique taste with toasted bread that complements the fillings well. They have a variety of options and are known for giving back to the community. Despite a busy Sunday lunch rush, the restaurant was practically empty when the group left. The service was efficient, although there were some issues with incorrect orders and the suggestion to tip at a self-service establishment. The sandwiches, like the large steak n cheese and medium engineer, were not always made as requested, but the staff quickly replaced the mistakes. The atmosphere is welcoming, but the lack of a greeting or farewell detracted from the overall experience.
