The customer service and attention to detail is disappointing. They've decided to add an 18% gratuity to all checks despite how the customer feels about the service. For my situation, the server was rarely available, didn't complete requests, we waited well after getting food to receive our utensils, drinks were not refilled and the manager was dismissive and quoted corporate policy as opposed to customer satisfaction.
