Been two times so far and both have been very disappointing given all the excessive hype on Facebook and in the media. Extremely bad attitude from the drive-in staff. Was given the wrong food two separate times. Overall one star review. Tried to talk to manager but they refused. It was so much better when backyard burgers was there. They had great food, good menu, excellent service and attitude. Now I drive the extra 5 miles to Back Yard Burgers in Lakeland rather than support...read full review
