“The food was hot, fresh, and it got to me relatively quickly. However, the person working the window wasn't the friendliest. He read off a total, which I didn't fully hear, and after I handed him my card, I realized he was handing me the wrong order before I grabbed it. No big deal, he hadn't run my card yet. I let him know it wasn't the right thing, and his response, sarcastically, was "So you were just going to let me charge you $12 for a $5 order..." and just stared at me instead of just letting it be an oops and back to business. I acknowledged it was partially my fault and apologized, but he took no accountability for the fact that he wasn't paying attention. Again, it wasn't a big deal. I just wasn't a fan of being spoken to like that.“

“I came here from instagram because of a review kingbee did and JD’s did not disappoint! The food was delicious and customer service was amazing too. I ordered catfish and wings dipped in buffalo with a lemon pepper drizzle, okra, seasoned fries, catfish basket and threw in some strawberry, lemon and orange cream cookies! Everything was amazing and they now have another loyal customer. The food was cooked to order and piping hot and seasoned to the gawds! This is my new go to spot for fast food! The prices are also very reasonable! The owner is also a sweetheart and very pleasant to talk with. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend and go again!“

“I came in and ordered fries and a burger. They accidentally dropped the burger but provided great customer service.I regularly come here on my lunch break because it’s close to my work. They were conscientious about the time I waited and honestly went above and beyond. Maybe it felt above and beyond because customer service is lacking now a-days but I really appreciated it. Ricky and all the staff were awesome. A++ food and service!“

“I really enjoyed my first visit to Memphis Mojo Cafe. I tried the smoke cheddar burger, which was so good! I only gave them 4 stars because I asked for no onions and they put them on my burger anyway. But it wasn't a big deal, because I just picked them off. The people were very nice, and even though the A/C was out and the ice machine was down, they still provided excellent customer service. I ate in and paid $14 for my meal, which filled me up! I was there during a shift change, and the new people were very nice to me even though they didn't take my order. They gave me recommendations for what to have next time. I will definitely be back!“

I told the lady that brought my order to me that I loved the costumes and I asked her to tell everyone that I thought they looked great. “I haven't been to Applebee's in years. My mom and I decided to give it a try.
We both had ribblets, onions rings and a side salad. The food was pretty good. What made our review 5 stars was because of our waitress, Heaven. She was nice, intentive, funny, and gave us suggestions what would should eat. We will eat here again just because of our waitress customer service.“
