“this place was so amazing! its one of the best burger joints in memphis in my opinion and the service was of the same level. felicitie was the person who helped us and she was very sweet and helped me choose the burger i ended up getting. will definitely be back!“
“The food is really good here. I placed an online order. I was told 15 minutes. I went to get food and paid. I was told a few minutes. 45 minutes went by and still no food. I asked about it. They told me they would start the order then. They seem to not always get the orders in the order they come in but somewhat willy nilly. It was also a little smoky. The food was good but expect a wait.“
“This restaurant was very clean the food was good not a bad burger I must say. The kitchen was all open you could see all procedures from the counter. Sometimes it's a good thing . I prefer not to see. The woman that took our order was polite. The only thing I didn't like was employee in kitchen had no hair restraint neither did. Now while it's only you must be properly dressed to prepare food. “Don't find it much anymore but the service here was amazing. From the register after changing mind from a to go to eat in order then when I got up to get some mustard and mayo for the fires (yes I know weird lol) but the gal cleaning the tables asked what I needed when I got up and went and got it for me. As I said you don't see service like that much anymore. Will visit this store again!!“
“The wings were good but not the best I've had in town. The celery and carrot were not crisp like I'm use to but everything tasted fine. I got the 6pc meal suggested by the lady at the cashier. I'm not sure if it's their style or the vibe they're going for but I was a little put off by the fact she barely put her phone down to answer my questions. Unfortunately not the experience that makes me want to come back. I hope they train their team with better customer service. Sometimes I can overlook the customer service if the food is exceptional but it was just above OK. ?“
“I had the best experience at this Freddy’s from the greeting when I pulled up to the excellent customer service when I left. I think the worker who helped me his name is Uno. He was so amazing and well mannered. I had a horrible experience at another Freddy’s, but this experience has been amazing. Thank you to this staff and I will be back!“
