Also I want to give the cook that cooked our ribs on 6/23/2026 around noon, a very special thanks. They were the best tasting ribs..
As for the place in general.
It was a very calm, relaxing and super clean place. We will definitely be back.

“I recently stopped in at Corkys. The staff was very friendly and a welcoming feel to the place. They been around a long time and know barbecue. I was impressed with the world class ribs and pulled pork. The seasoning on the cat fish bites appetizer was very good. I’ll definitely be going back traveling thru Memphis.“

“Me and my wife stopped in at the Corky's on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova on 2/23/26 for a early dinner (as we was out in the area for a Dr's appt.) to beat the crowd as this was my first time actually at this location. We stopped at Chili's at first on Germantown Pkwy but never got greeted at all so after 10 mins we left. Went into Corky's was seated right away, got our soft drinks, and our appetizer really quickly, as well as our food as we couldn't even finish our appetizer before our meal came out. Heather went above and beyond was very friendly and she got a nice tip because so. She was right on top of everything. Nothing better then going to a place to eat where you get outstanding customer service and the food is great as well...Going to have to try your guys buffet (is it only on Wednesday)?... Way to go Heather and Corky's staff will defiently be back.“

“🗣️ SHOUT OUT TO DAVID AT ONE & ONLY BBQ - GERMANTOWN PARKWAY/TIMBER CREEK!🗣️ With so much going on around me this past week, of course another ball dropped and the Honey-baked ham wasn’t ordered.🤦🏼♀️ After calling so many places and ultimately given the “too late” responses, I saw that One & Only BBQ sells spiral hams! I called one location and was told that I “had to give a one day notice” followed by (what felt like) a quick hang-up. I knew then that I was screwed!😣 I went ahead and called another location (just in case) they may not have the same “rules”.🤞🙏🤞🙃 The first guy that answered wasn’t sure so he at least placed me on hold and asked someone for me. He came back and politely apologized while giving me the same news. They needed a “one day notice”. He was very empathetic and so nice.💯 (This makes a difference when you’re feeling defeated BTW).😳 We hung up and I started to scroll for more places to turn to; then my phone rang. It was David with One & Only! (I’m thinking he must be the manager.) He must have overheard someone talking about it or something but he looked on the phone to get my number! I answered and he said, “Hello, Mrs Amie…. !” (Introducing himself) and jumped into action inquiring about my needs!😍 Needless to say, he’s making it happen and I AM ONE GRATEFUL MAMA / GRAMMY because now I’m on-track for another wonderful Easter with my family tomorrow!💛 It’s always been a favorite holiday of mine and David just came through for me! Thanks again, David!⚡️⚡️YOU ROCK!⚡️⚡️ Happy Easter weekend!✝️🐇“

“My husband, mother-in-law, and I were searching for a breakfast spot and had already struck out at two places that were closed. This was our last stop before we decided to give up, and we’re so glad we didn’t!
When we walked in, we were greeted and told to sit anywhere. The restaurant was spacious, clean, and pleasantly quiet. Our waitress, Brianna, was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service.
I ordered the Kick’n Chick’n Freedom Sliders with tots, my husband had the Country Breakfast, and my mother-in-law ordered an omelet with a side of pancakes. All of our food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was.
This place turned out to be a hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend giving it a try!“

“I had the 3 meat sampler plate. Excellent! Top notch brisket. The sausage - oooo. They have a horse radish dipping sauce that is to die for. The Mac and cheese, full flavor but not a kid’s side. Service was also excellent. Jessica made us feel welcome. I’m a couple of hours drive away but will definitely return.“
