I have eaten at LongHorn Steakhouse many times, but my experience with Jessica was on an entirely different level. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, attentive, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience.

Jessica has that rare gift of hospitality that you simply cannot teach. She was incredibly knowledgeable, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked on us without ever being intrusive, and somehow made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant.

What impressed me most was that her service never felt forced or routine. She genuinely cared. Her personality, professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy completely elevated our meal. She turned a simple dinner into an experience we will actually remember.

LongHorn, you have something special in Jessica. Employees like her are the reason customers come back, recommend a restaurant to others, and leave talking about their experience long after the meal is over.

“Thomas was such a delight, food was so delicious and reasonably priced. Portions were good sized. I had ribs and brisket but I will tell you those rolls are to die for, OM Gee!!!!! Hubby had the ribs and catfish bites..very good! If you are in the Memphis area we recommend Corky’s, friendly staff and interesting decor. Great place definitely recommend!!!!!“

“🗣️ SHOUT OUT TO DAVID AT ONE & ONLY BBQ - GERMANTOWN PARKWAY/TIMBER CREEK!🗣️ With so much going on around me this past week, of course another ball dropped and the Honey-baked ham wasn’t ordered.🤦🏼‍♀️ After calling so many places and ultimately given the “too late” responses, I saw that One & Only BBQ sells spiral hams! I called one location and was told that I “had to give a one day notice” followed by (what felt like) a quick hang-up. I knew then that I was screwed!😣 I went ahead and called another location (just in case) they may not have the same “rules”.🤞🙏🤞🙃 The first guy that answered wasn’t sure so he at least placed me on hold and asked someone for me. He came back and politely apologized while giving me the same news. They needed a “one day notice”. He was very empathetic and so nice.💯 (This makes a difference when you’re feeling defeated BTW).😳 We hung up and I started to scroll for more places to turn to; then my phone rang. It was David with One & Only! (I’m thinking he must be the manager.) He must have overheard someone talking about it or something but he looked on the phone to get my number! I answered and he said, “Hello, Mrs Amie…. !” (Introducing himself) and jumped into action inquiring about my needs!😍 Needless to say, he’s making it happen and I AM ONE GRATEFUL MAMA / GRAMMY because now I’m on-track for another wonderful Easter with my family tomorrow!💛 It’s always been a favorite holiday of mine and David just came through for me! “Me and my wife stopped in at the Corky's on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova on 2/23/26 for a early dinner (as we was out in the area for a Dr's appt.) to beat the crowd as this was my first time actually at this location. We stopped at Chili's at first on Germantown Pkwy but never got greeted at all so after 10 mins we left. Went into Corky's was seated right away, got our soft drinks, and our appetizer really quickly, as well as our food as we couldn't even finish our appetizer before our meal came out. Heather went above and beyond was very friendly and she got a nice tip because so. She was right on top of everything. Nothing better then going to a place to eat where you get outstanding customer service and the food is great as well...Going to have to try your guys buffet (is it only on Wednesday)?... Way to go Heather and Corky's staff will defiently be back.“

“This was my second visit. The first wasn't memorable except for the owners who were very friendly. But baby tonight...I wish I had pictures but we devoured ALL OF IT. The BBQ baloney sandwich was perfect. Burnt, covered in the best BBQ sauce Memphis has to offer hands down and some amazing slaw. The fried catfish (real catfish) was salty, crispy and golden brown just the way I like it. Then I'm told the pulled pork was delicious and also fantastic but can we talk about that BBQ sauce? It was sweet and tangy and sticky in all the best ways...A rich burgundy color spiced and seasoned for the GODS. We also had a few seasoned wings which were a lil sweet and a lil sticky I'm not sure what was on them but I am not mad about it. They were also 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. We went right at 5:00 and amazingly enough beat the evening rush. Surfice it to say we LOVED IT. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
