“I heard the brisket is awesome. It must be. Cuz the last 3 times I went to Silo Central BBQ, the gal at the counter told us they were out of Brisket. And the 3rd time, today, she did not know when or IF they were going to have any brisket. Hopefully, 4th time is a charm…“

“First time visiting this location today. The food was absolutely amazing. We ate off the lunch menu. Two lunch plates, tried the new appetizer & drinks for under $40. Our waitress Khris was sweet, knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend giving them a shot“

“Got the peacemaker today! It is very rare that I enjoy restaurant bbq and even rarer that it doesn’t need bbq sauce and today’s sandwich was money! It was moist and flavorful and required zero sauce!!“
“We had the absolute best experience with Scotty’s smokehouse! We had to reschedule our event due to inclement weather and they made the process so easy and adjusting their schedule to accommodate us! Now to the food! We had a selections of their appetizers for our event and it’s not hard to please some hungry firefighters but the food we had from Scotty’s was absolutely amazing!! We would absolutely recommend and use them again for future events!! We can’t thank you enough for taking care of our firefighters!!“

“Totally awesome BBQ, fast friendly, clean! A MUST STOP!! 🙌🏻❤️😁“
“The atmosphere is great, all the staff are very knowledgeable of the food and polite. Joslyn was extremely friendly and went above and beyond our expectations and Felicia the manager came by our table twice to check in while we were dining and also once finished.
Today, it is very hard to expect to receive both great food and service and we absolutely had both. We actually went two days in a row because we enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommend you give them a try, I doubt you will be disappointed! I only took one picture but we had a variety of things and not one item was bad!“
“I ordered the Catfish plate very delicious and the customer service was great!! Check them out“

“Super delicious food! Generous serving sizes as well. We were thrilled with our orders. The party wings, pulled pork, rib tips were ON POINT! Ordering process was quick and order was ready in a timely fashion. I can't decide on a favorite because everything was scrumptious! I think I will work my way through Reese's BBQ menu. “Portions were generous and the pork sandwiches were delicious. The best Ive had in a long time. I was disappointed with the brisket. While it was tasty, it wasn't like Texas brisket. Adam was super nice and the service was friendly.“
