“Great food at all locations (I’ve been eating at the original on Madison since 1978). We ate lunch in Southaven today with our 3 year old granddaughter. Servers brought her crayons and a coloring sheet; also brought her order (mac & cheese) as soon as it was ready. (ours wasn’t ready yet). This is now one of only about three places we’ll take her and her 8 year old sister to eat. Child friendly and real food (not frozen and microwaved*) * The mac and cheese is packaged Kraft; that’s a good thing, since neither g’child will eat anything *but* Kraft ❤️“

“First time here, but went to a party who had wings from this restaurant.. I ordered the wings (lemon pepper and honey hot) with fries. Those lemon pepper wings?? 🔥🔥 I am not a big lemon pepper wing person. They had this buttery undertone that took them ALL the way up. Perfectly seasoned, not dry, just right. These are not little pigeon wings either. Nice size, meaty, and worth every bite.
The fries came out hot and fresh. And let’s not skip over the customer service ...top tier. Restaurant...clean! Friendly, quick, and on point?.Yeah… I’ll definitely be back.“

“If you go here expect to wait a while to be seated and on your food. The food is ok. Nothing special. Fries and baked potato were better than the steak. The only reason I even give red lobster a positive review is our server. I think her name was Madison. She was great. But if it wasn’t for her I would go much lower with this score.“

“This new location is absolutely beautiful the sitting, and ambience is perfect. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent as well!! My only issue which is nothing at all like the location in Collierville, is that evidently they don’t do the wine sampling to choose what you want with your protein. After speaking with the GM and her having a lack of knowledge of the history of the wine selection or the sampling process I found that odd. I frequent the other location quite often, and haven’t ran into this issue before. I’m hoping that it’s just because they’re new, and will get things in order soon. Thanks guys beautiful place with a welcoming bar staff.“

“This is my primary Waffle House I go to. Everyone always nice and speak regardless if they are serving you.
I mainly go early afternoon and enjoy my meal. Will get to go on Saturday and love to see the busy pace of the cooks at the grill
Within my price and coffee is some of the best.

“Samantha was our waitress and was also tending bar. She was the only person in the front of the house. She was literally jogging around making sure everyone was getting their orders in and serving drinks. She was so enthusiastic and pleasant even though she was working her a** off and still maintained a very pleasant personality. Thanks much Samantha!!!“

“First time visiting this location today. The food was absolutely amazing. We ate off the lunch menu. Two lunch plates, tried the new appetizer & drinks for under $40. Our waitress Khris was sweet, knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend giving them a shot“

“Not only did we have a great meal. w We had great service too. I ended up short 20 dollars change last night 8-22-20 & when I called to explain I was worried. Thought they might think it was a scam. Nope. Manager told me we are 20 dollars over so come on and get your money. I went. Got money. And all workers there were kind. These guys are amazing. Good food. Good service. 5 stars!!!!! “I would have given them all 5 stars, but I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese toast. I live 25 minutes from there. Made it all the way home and I had bacon instead of sausage. Yes, I was upset but the fries were still fresh and hot and the Dr. Pepper was so good! The guy at the window was nice! So, my overall rating would be a 4! Next time I will make sure to check my food“

“This restaurant has truly gone down hill. Morning shift does a great job. It’s the night crew that makes the restaurant terrible. I placed an order through the app and when I got to the restaurant to pick my food up my order had not been prepared because employees said that they weren’t sure if they had the ingredients for my order. Just for them to say they had everything so I had to wait even longer for my order. Which was my whole point in ordering on the app and waiting a while before going up to the restaurant.“

“i had to leave a review. this steak i had tonight i swear was the best steak ive ever eaten. whoever is in that kitchen i can tell cares about how the steak is made. he cooked it perfectly. he seasoned it perfectly. give this person a raise who even cooked tonight deserves praise for the food that he made that was placed in front of me. absolutely insane. besides that the servers were very good tonight they were very positive and very on top of their job which i really like to see 10/10 would come again just make sure you let me know the cooks schedule 😂😂😂“
