“I love SOB all the managers are sooo kind and soo caring and so supportive and the food is excellent sooo good I would recommend the Cauliflower and the duck fried rice sooo good and fulling!! The ambiance is amazing so many people leaving with a smile and laugh on thier face the hostess do an amazing job with the customers amazing service.. I would 10/10 recommend this place!! Sooo inviting and so friendly and great food and amazing staff and managers!! And the bar is beautiful and the bartender Carlos is such an amazing person he puts a smile on your face and a laugh one of the best!! Definitely would recommend!!“
“Vintage charm and down home cookin is what you'll get here in this honest to goodness old fashion soda fountain and Restaurant. Locals love this place & I can see why, with its tin ceiling, soda fountain counter, homemade pies, casseroles and yummy food. Place can get packed and the daily specials are worth a look. I opted for chicken pot pie- which had huge pieces of fork tender chicken and a rich sauce, squash casserole- which is delicious, creamed corn was a lil bland and the rolls were soft pillowy goodness. Y'all fresh pies are where it's at, I had the coconut custard which was served warm with real whipped cream.“
“This is a busy restaurant and parking often overflows into Poplar Avenue. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I hadn't planned on choosing a burger, but when I read the toppings for the Deep South burger with pimento cheese, they got me with the fried green tomato and garlic onion jam. I've never heard of such a spread! It was delicious, as were the sweet potato tots. My son got fried chicken tenders with French fries. “We had dinner at Raven & Lily last night for the first time and it was wonderful! We ordered pimento cheese and the roasted sweet potatoes as starters. So much food and both absolutely delicious. Perfect flavor and texture combo in each dish. For entrees we had the fried chicken and charred salmon. Again, both were fantastic. Finished the evening with bread pudding and it was divine. Justin, chef and owner, was constantly walking around and checking on patrons. Very personable service! We will be back!“

“Older gentleman sat us down at a booth. He wiped the high chair clean before we sat down which I loved.We ordered fried pickles for appetizer. CRUNCHY! “I love Perkins! I recently started meeting some friends of mine there every Thursday morning for breakfast. We always are seated in Emily‘s section. She is a great waitress. Always make sure our order is taken care of, and everything is correct. She even has coffee and water on the table waiting for us when we arrive.If you go to Perkins anytime soon, ask to be seated in Emily‘s section.“
