“Never thought about Honey Baked Ham being anything other than a seasonal business and I was wrong. Quite the place to go to for sandwiches and quite a few other items. Lots of stuff to make or spice up a meal. Seating for about 20 people and rather quiet on the dine in, seems like it was one person right after another for take out. “For no real reason, I don't frequent Firebirds but my recent visit has changed my mind. My family (husband and 6 year old soon) went to Firebirds for Filet Day. Firstly, I loved the deal and the food was delicious. Our son enjoyed the kids' meals as it has more than just the traditional burger and chicken tenders, with him surprising us by getting smoked chicken wings with mac & cheese and broccoli. The filets are bacon wrapped and cooked to perfection. So juicy and seasoned. My load mashed potatoes had lots of flavor and premium ingredients! Firebirds will now be in our restaurant rotation!!!“

I have eaten at LongHorn Steakhouse many times, but my experience with Jessica was on an entirely different level. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, attentive, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience.

Jessica has that rare gift of hospitality that you simply cannot teach. She was incredibly knowledgeable, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked on us without ever being intrusive, and somehow made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant.

What impressed me most was that her service never felt forced or routine. She genuinely cared. Her personality, professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy completely elevated our meal. She turned a simple dinner into an experience we will actually remember.
