“Food is not what it's cracked up to be! Ordered New York strip medium rare and it was cooked to medium. Not very tender and tasted like it was marinated only in worstershire sauce! Baked potato not very warm, with pre-fabed bacon bits! The broccoli was frozen out of a bag! And overpriced bad meal!!!“

“For no real reason, I don't frequent Firebirds but my recent visit has changed my mind. My family (husband and 6 year old soon) went to Firebirds for Filet Day. Firstly, I loved the deal and the food was delicious. Our son enjoyed the kids' meals as it has more than just the traditional burger and chicken tenders, with him surprising us by getting smoked chicken wings with mac & cheese and broccoli. The filets are bacon wrapped and cooked to perfection. So juicy and seasoned. My load mashed potatoes had lots of flavor and premium ingredients! Firebirds will now be in our restaurant rotation!!!“

I have eaten at LongHorn Steakhouse many times, but my experience with Jessica was on an entirely different level. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, attentive, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience.

Jessica has that rare gift of hospitality that you simply cannot teach. She was incredibly knowledgeable, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked on us without ever being intrusive, and somehow made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant.

What impressed me most was that her service never felt forced or routine. She genuinely cared. Her personality, professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy completely elevated our meal. She turned a simple dinner into an experience we will actually remember.

LongHorn, you have something special in Jessica. Employees like her are the reason customers come back, recommend a restaurant to others, and leave talking about their experience long after the meal is over.

“Five stars all around for The Capital Grille! Booking a table was effortless, and modifying our reservation timing via text couldn't have been simpler or more convenient. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt exceptionally welcoming yet refined and high-class.

Our service was top-tier and incredibly attentive, her name was Ever. Right off the bat, they brought out a warm, delicious assortment of complimentary breads—a lovely touch you rarely see at restaurants anymore. For dinner, the filet was outstanding: cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned, and a very generous portion size. The Chilean sea bass arrived piping hot and was cooked to absolute perfection as well.

We also ordered a bottle of wine, and our server was so on top of things that our glasses were replenished before they ever hit bottom. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!“

“We love to meet friends at Tannoor Grill. We had a reservation for 14 last night! The meat is served on giant skewers and cut at the table. Those who prefer rare can get it, and those that like their meat charred and well done can get that too. Everybody’s happy. The unlimited salad bar and hot vegetable selections are substantial, and the seared lamb chops are second to none. Because the restaurant does not serve alcohol, we can bring our own wine for no extra fee (bring your own glass and corkscrew as you will be serving yourself). When you leave you are happy and satisfied. It’s the perfect meal to celebrate a special occasion or share with friends.“

“Server was super nice and informative about menu. Drinks were good. Wait time felt a little lengthy for the amount of people on the restaurant. I ordered the wedge salad and roasted chicken, the crunch on the skin was great but the chicken was extremely dry. Even the sauce couldn’t combat the dryness. Super disappointing because everything else food wise was delicious. Mashed potatoes were amazing.“

“Folk’s Folly is our family’s choice for group and small celebrations. The private rooms are ideal for larger groups. It is our #1 choice for birthday dinners. The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.“

“We have dined at Flemings Las Vegas numerous times over the past years (15+ ago) so we were excited to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary at Flemings Memphis. We were greeted by the host staff and shown to our table, including a small place card celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Kimberly, was phenomenal!! Atmosphere was lovely as expected. We ordered a bottle of wine, 6 oysters on the half shell, wedge salad, lobster bisque, scallops, king crab and two sharable sides. Everything was great except.....the scallops were quite small. I mean, no more a single bite each, and a not a big bite or mouthful. But maybe a silver dollar size each. They literally got lost in the dish/bowl amongst the mushrooms, and greens. The small size affected the cook as they were slightly over done (I have eaten plenty of scallops so I understand what the appropriate texture is). My wife throughly enjoyed her king crab but I was disappointed in my scallops, making my experience far less then expected and as experienced from Flemings Las Vegas. I do understand that there may have been a "supplier issue", having worked in the food industry for years, but serving a substandard (IMO) dish is far worse then telling a customer that a dish isn't available due to "ingredient quality issues". I did mention the portion concerns to the restaurant management to which they apologized but the truth is, the "damage" was done. All in all, the experience was OK, highlighted by the awesome wait staff, including others that assisted Kimberly!! We will probably visit Flemings Memphis again the future, but I doubt I will order the scallops (a favorite of mine) again.“
