“I had my Groomsmen Dinner before my marriage and I just have to say everything was perfect! I had a group of 12-13 and all the food came out together. The server was perfect in keeping all the tabs separate making sure all drinks were topped off. The food was amazing I had the Ribeye and baked sweet potato.
I want to thank them for making my moment extra special!!“

“Was in town from SC for a job and this place caught our attention.. I ordered the fried catfish plate with Mac n cheese, fried okra, and cucumber salad for pick up… Food was ready in 10 minutes and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Catfish was super crispy and seasoned well as was the Mac n cheese!! Definitely left us satisfied and next time we’re in town, we will be dining in! SOO GOOD!!!!“

“Overall a nice experience, but I've had better at Ruth's in the past. While our sever took the time to get our names, she was rarely at the table enough to meet our needs and left us alone of awkward stretches of time. The steaks were not as flavorful and sizzling with butter as usual. I will be back, but I expected more from Ruth's Chris.“

“I’m not a fast food restaurant type guy, but I admit I do like little Captain D’s from time to time so I happen to be in Memphis and Saul one here on summer Avenue and decided to go inside and eat and the lady by the name of Annie, who was running the show never seen such hustle and professionalism and taking care of the customer thank you no thank you yes sir no sir getting people in and out. I happen to die in so how long was my experience grade but just listened to her as I was sitting there, dealing with all the customers that came in and out of the place, top-notch professionalism is professionalism, and that woman Annie displays that!!“

“Usually everything in Hollywood fish market is good, I love the fish, always cooked right, crispy and not greasy. Today somebody went heavy on the grease, greasy cabbage and the corn bread, grease too heavy on the fish; my favorite was dripping grease and to top it off for my first bad experience there, the young lady at the register, and she was also the bagger, bagged candied sweet potatoes instead of my favorite Mac and cheese. I was disappointed when I got home to eat; soggy and greasy and to top it off no Mac and cheese. I might give them another chance, I mean you're entitled to one bad day.“

“No frills just a simple and inexpensive menu. We ordered whole chicken wing combo extra crispy with French fries. Another order of the mix and match pick 2 with catfish filets and big buffalo with fries. The portions are huge. Made to order so a little bit of a wait. Total $30“

From the moment Joanie was contacted she was warmly receptive, informative and eager to assist with suggestions, but most of all reassurance. Her knowledge along with her outgoing personality are definite assets for Half Shell. Emma, our server, was amazing which was a feat for a group our size. She was quite attentive and had everyone served in record time, hot and delicious. What a multi-tasker! We appreciate Joanie and Emma's sincere effort in making this a truly flawless experience for our neighbor. We will be back!“

“It was my wife's 50th birthday, and we had nine people sitting at our table, and our server was about as excellent as you could get with so many people to handle, plus his other tables. The food was exactly what you would want! The air was a bit warm in the Napa room, until they opened some panels that divided it with the next room over (when we were almost done), but that's probably our only complaint. My wife had an outstanding time, and so did her friends! “

Our server did an outstanding job, I wish I could recall her name. She was welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
The steaks were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Ceasar salads were very good.

“This was a wonderful meal. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. The service here was excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. The style of the restaurant is comfortable and calming. Even my daughter’s kids meal came out excellent and I often find most establishments pay little thought to making the kids meals have any type of quality. Incredible meal to end the day on.“

The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.“

“Order the Cajun Pasta with salmon and lamb chops and let me tell you how I was standing up eating my food. Lamb chops were cooked to perfection and so tender. Salmon cooked just right and pasta had just enough sauce. My meal was definitely a 10/10“

“I sat with Josef at the end of the bar, and while he wasn’t directly serving me, he did an amazing job of being professional and nice to me as a customer. Lucy, David, Sam, Devon and other staff members were incredibly kind and gave me such a good experience. They all made the time memorable and warm especially since I was alone. I think this is THE BEST bar staff this side of Indiana.“

“As A world traveler.this place mirrors the best seafood we ever had in Ensenada Baja California the shrimp cocktail was delish, plentiful and priced accordangly my wife had fried talapia with garlic was also exquisite the atmosphere was very beach themed even has 4 real stuffed Marlins on the walls . Beer is served, music was good and the staff was friendly. I give it A. 9.5. Two people. 45 $ more or less...“

“First time here, but it won’t be the last! We had the lunch specials of Fried Shrimp Basket & Crawfish Etouffee & both were delicious! The Large shrimp & breading were probably the best I’ve ever eaten…ever, and Cajun fries, too! Jon’Monique was our very nice & attentive waitress. We’ll be back!“
