“Hi I am the general manager whom this young lady is speaking on. I would like to first began by saying I am food safety certified and is very aware of cross contamination. I can't believe if this was the case why didn't you just say sir are you going to change your gloves? I am very professional and it is my desire to serve the public safe food. I am a little disturbed that someone would take a shoe tie this far. We always use tongs when handling food and change gloves regularly when handling raw food in the back kitchen. We have an A from the health department visit to the restaurant. Praises to God the restaurant is doing extremely well and present customers are very happy. Thanks!!“

“Best Captain D's plate I've had in a while. I didn't have to wait long at all. I didn't even have to ask for condiments. The young lady put every condiment that I would have asked for. Never been to or heard of a Colton's, walked in and assumed I was going to be judged for being a Puerto Rican from The Bronx with tattoos, just the complete opposite! John welcomed me in, shook my hand and even made a joke that made me smiled. Food was ready and as we was talking the Hostess came over and gave me a paper menu. “Sean, our waiter, was absolutely incredible. From the moment he greeted us, his nice personality, professionalism, extensive knowledge, and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and provided some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. Honestly, he's a 20 out of 10.
Rory, the manager, was just as impressive. He was kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience exceeded expectations. He checked in on us, made us feel appreciated, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting the tone the moment we walked through the door. The restaurant itself was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared. My pomegranate martinis, definitely ordered 2, were so tasty. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance to the quality of the meal, was top-notch.
I'm so glad we chose to eat here. I was genuinely happy the entire time, and that doesn't happen often when dining out these days. “Five stars all around for The Capital Grille! Booking a table was effortless, and modifying our reservation timing via text couldn't have been simpler or more convenient. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt exceptionally welcoming yet refined and high-class.

Our service was top-tier and incredibly attentive, her name was Ever. Right off the bat, they brought out a warm, delicious assortment of complimentary breads—a lovely touch you rarely see at restaurants anymore. For dinner, the filet was outstanding: cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned, and a very generous portion size. The Chilean sea bass arrived piping hot and was cooked to absolute perfection as well.

We also ordered a bottle of wine, and our server was so on top of things that our glasses were replenished before they ever hit bottom. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!“

The people were super nice and you can tell it’s a hidden gems. They give you 3 tortillas (fresh not homemade but fresh) and lots of meat.“
