He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and provided some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. Honestly, he's a 20 out of 10.
Rory, the manager, was just as impressive. He was kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience exceeded expectations. He checked in on us, made us feel appreciated, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting the tone the moment we walked through the door. The restaurant itself was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared. My pomegranate martinis, definitely ordered 2, were so tasty. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance to the quality of the meal, was top-notch.
I'm so glad we chose to eat here. I was genuinely happy the entire time, and that doesn't happen often when dining out these days. It's rare to find a restaurant where every aspect of the experience exceeds expectations, but this one absolutely did. We left impressed, satisfied, and already looking forward to coming back.“

“Last night, I had to best dining experience of my life. From the moment we arrived at Marciano’s I was impressed with the atmosphere. We were seated promptly by Silas, who was absolutely the best server I have ever encountered, friendly, personable, well-versed in all the food choices. The food was sublime! From the warm soft bread with the best pesto ever to the bruschetta to my Fettuccine Primavera, my friend’s Chicken Marciano, everything was a delight. Our server recommended we try their baklava for dessert, I am not a huge fan of baklava but we tried it & it changed my mind, it was incredible without the overly sweet taste of the ones I’ve had before. We will definitely be returning!“

“Five stars all around for The Capital Grille! Booking a table was effortless, and modifying our reservation timing via text couldn't have been simpler or more convenient. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt exceptionally welcoming yet refined and high-class.

Our service was top-tier and incredibly attentive, her name was Ever. Right off the bat, they brought out a warm, delicious assortment of complimentary breads—a lovely touch you rarely see at restaurants anymore. For dinner, the filet was outstanding: cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned, and a very generous portion size. The Chilean sea bass arrived piping hot and was cooked to absolute perfection as well.

We also ordered a bottle of wine, and our server was so on top of things that our glasses were replenished before they ever hit bottom. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!“

“I’m not a fast food restaurant type guy, but I admit I do like little Captain D’s from time to time so I happen to be in Memphis and Saul one here on summer Avenue and decided to go inside and eat and the lady by the name of Annie, who was running the show never seen such hustle and professionalism and taking care of the customer thank you no thank you yes sir no sir getting people in and out. I happen to die in so how long was my experience grade but just listened to her as I was sitting there, dealing with all the customers that came in and out of the place, top-notch professionalism is professionalism, and that woman Annie displays that!!“

“There was one or two ppl working. There were 3 customers present. The cook also ran the front. Impressive! Not much of a wait for fish and wings. Cook/front register person still remained nice and attentive. Prices are avg. 3 pc wing, fries = 12.00. three pc catfish fries = 14.00. food hot, fresh, tasty! Sodas $1.00. sweets in the fridge too. “It's a great spot for seafood boil type of food. Great music is always in the background so it's cool for a date. Also they have their own mixed drink blends that have a good amount of alcohol in them. All it all a must try in east Memphis!“

“Had so much fun on Friday the 3rd we came back on the 4th as well. Our first trip to Beale st and loved it. Food was awesome and came out quick. Shout out to Maddie who took awesome care of us. That gal will hustle and is fun. When we came back Saturday and saw her again it was a no brainer and asked for her section. Yep made another great night. The live music was great they play great and engaged the crowd. Couldn’t have been better guys Our trip was just to see Memphis and Beale street in particular and it was a huge success. Next trip and Silky O’Sullivans is top of our list of must do items.“
