“Best seafood I've ever had! We were visiting and had a lady we met while waiting to be seated at Applebee's suggest this place when I asked if she knew of a good seafood place. So we left there and went to Lus! Good decision! We will definitely be back if we're in the area again.“
“We were shocked! This little place does not look like it would be the fabulous experience it was, but looks can sometimes be deceiving! We went online to make reservations. Got there early. There were no customers! Another shock after reading the reviews. But the chef (who may also be the owner) greeted us and showed us to our table that had a "Reserved" sign on it. The only people who came in while we were there were people with take-out orders. Granted, it was cold and rainy. But, really? This place is fantastic! We wanted crab legs and we got a feast! The servers were so helpful and the chef came out and checked on us several times. I ordered my crab legs with just the butter sauce, not with their special Cajun seasoning. After ordering, the server brought out shrimp in their sauce and said she just wanted us to try it. It was amazing. So we changed our order! And the shrimp was great! They were so nice, friendly, and the crab was probably the best we've ever had. Very fresh! And yes, we've had lots from both coasts! I don't know what's wrong with the people in Memphis, but this place would be packed anywhere else, no matter what the weather!!“
“Food is good affordable.except waitress don't act right.We paid cash,and then She asked if We want the change.We said,yes.She never brought it back.We had to ask her for the change.YOU DONT ASK IF QR WANT THE CHANGE BACK.YOU BRING IT AND THEN WE DECIDE.STILL LEFT HER 3 DOLLARES. THE CHANGE WAS ALMOST 8 DOLLARES. WE SHOULDN'T HAD LEFT HER NOTHING“
“Let me tell you, I waited way too long to review Crawfish Haven! They’re consistently so good! I am someone who only sometimes likes anything seafood but I’m always willing to eat here. The shrimp and grits is the best my whole family has ever had. My husband almost always tries shrimp and grits anywhere that has it on the menu and Crawfish Haven is always the standard comparison lol Some have come close but in the end no one else compares (this includes out of state travels)! In the past I’ve tried sausage poboy, boudin balls, Cajun shrimp plate, desserts…. It’s all a 10/10. Not to mention their wonderful customer service! Don’t hesitate to try this place out! I guarantee you it’s better than ANY surrounding seafood restaurants, they’re in a league of their own. :)“
