If you go here expect to wait a while to be seated and on your food. The food is ok. Nothing special. Fries and baked potato were better than the steak. The only reason I even give red lobster a positive review is our server. I think her name was Madison. She was great. But if it wasn’t for her I would go much lower with this score.
My family went out to eat at Red Lobster last Friday. We eat there because the food is consistently good, and there is something for everyone on the menu.
Stan waited on us and made a great meal even better. They were absolutely professional, polished, polite, affable, and attentive. This is the first time that I’ve ever included a review of the waitstaff, but Stan was just so great and charming that I had to post!

I'm a frequent customer at RedLobster however, lately this particular Red Lobster had been declining. After I received my catfish with I eat all the time, it was fried too hard. The waitress was accommodating ,she had a reorder cooked but it took about 30 to receive my order. Highly disappointed.

However, the waitress was so sweet and efficient, treating guests like royalty. The service was fast and the food was delicious. Red Lobster felt like Red Lobster again. The quality of the food and service was exactly as it was back when they started out so many years ago. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, with the restaurant not being overly crowded. Even with the rush, guests were pleased with their visit. Food was hot and fresh. The manager was also very nice and checked on guests and very friendly.
