“First of all, I want to thank Ms. Salena in the online ordering and pickup department. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to pick my order from the store while I waited. I requested that my order be ready for pickup between 7 pm and 8 pm. I got to the store around 7:55 pm because I had not received a text message stating that my order was ready. She asked for my name and saw that the order had not been picked. She gave me the option to wait until tomorrow or allow her to pick the order for me while I waited; that is what I did. Initially, I was skeptical of the time because the last time I chose the 7-8 pm time frame, my order was ready AFTER the store closed. The staff at that time thought it was hilarious that I came to pick up my order. Nevertheless, I decided to give it another try knowing that things can happen. If it wasn't for Ms. Salina, I would have been very upset. Sam's Club in Southaven, I suggest that you remove the 7-8 pm time frame so that we, your customers, will not be disappointed in not having our groceries in the time slot requested. You have proven to me that you are not able to fulfill a customer's order between the time of 7 and 8 pm.”

She is kind she is caring she’s understanding, and she is just all-around a bad ass bartender being a server I typically don’t recommend people sit at the bar, but in this case, I have to say if Lucas is working the bar is the place to be!”

Every time we enter the restaurant, they make Myself and the other people that's normally with me feel like they have known us forever. You have a group that always makes sure to stop by. Taylor T "Tonka" is the main server that takes care of us. She doesn't even have to ask what we would like to eat she already knows. Now that speaks volume with the number of customers she deals with on a daily or even weekly. Then you have Shannon she is just as great as Taylor "Tonka". She always assures us that Taylor is not here but will make sure she handles us just as we are always treated. Those are two of the best servers I have come across in a long time. Now let's talk management You have a manager name Brook and Morganne that always tells us that we enjoy seeing us walk in the building. Most managers don't take time to get to know you but not these two. I tell everyone about the service we receive from these four is by far more than any kind of experience you can get at any restaurant.”

“Every detail about this place was outstanding. Our waiter, Blaze, gave us excellent suggestions: we tried the Pinnelli pasta, lasagna, garlic knots, veggie pizza, Caesar salad, and tiramisu. “Great food at all locations (I’ve been eating at the original on Madison since 1978). We ate lunch in Southaven today with our 3 year old granddaughter. Servers brought her crayons and a coloring sheet; also brought her order (mac & cheese) as soon as it was ready. (ours wasn’t ready yet). This is now one of only about three places we’ll take her and her 8 year old sister to eat. Child friendly and real food (not frozen and microwaved*) * The mac and cheese is packaged Kraft; that’s a good thing, since neither g’child will eat anything *but* Kraft ❤️”

“This place is so bomb!! We get the street tacos, the fajita rice bowl with steak, a Mexicano guacamole and they are all SO DELICIOUS! You get a basket of chips with your meal, and they have a salsa/ dips bar with limes and lemons and it’s always fresh! The portion for the bowls are super good and you get free refills. The green verde sauce is so good as well. Our food came out in 5 minutes. And they started getting super busy like tables were getting full, and everyone’s food was still coming out within 10 minutes. The people are very kind and respectful as well! 10/10 recommend!!”

The service is always pretty quick, with being part of the bank the line can get a bit long but they do move people through quick. This is my go too Starbucks in southaven, much easier to get in and out of compared to the one off of Goodman Rd.”

“I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats. My order at 6:50 pm while in the Southaven Pizza parking lot. I was advised it would be ready at 7:19 pm. When I went inside to pick up my order, I was advised that the cashier forgot to write down my order and that it would be an additional 15 minutes (7:34 pm). No apology for the inconvenience or anything. When I went back inside the second time at 7:45 pm and was advised that the order still was not ready. I was advised that it would be an additional 10 minutes (7:55 pm) because the orders still was not ready. When I asked the rude cashier, with the pink hair, why it was taking so long she advised that the machine didn't go off. The store was not busy although when customer service called her she made it seem like she was just so busy. Busy cashiers don't have time to walk outside, sit on the patio, twiddle their thumbs on their phone, and smoke their vape. The order was not ready until after 8 pm. The cashier was rude and unprofessional with was poor customer service.”
