Absolutely disgusting experience. I was served a salad with a hair in it, and instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff tried to claim the blonde hair was ours mind you my husband is bald my daughter has black and I had red hair )That alone shows how little they care about cleanliness or customer service. I will never dine here again.
We had a party of 15 and the service was TERRIBLE!! We had 1 waitress and after we complained the Kitchen manager came out to ask how he could make it better but he refused to return the food or remake it but he offered to change the flavor by adding more flavors. The special was chicken piccata for $28 (pan seared chicken) and it was a sad presentation, chicken noodle soup seasoned heavily w salt. The description was very misleading
We have had dinner and drinks there multiple times and we've never had a bad experience. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you've never been there.
