“Great food at all locations (I’ve been eating at the original on Madison since 1978). We ate lunch in Southaven today with our 3 year old granddaughter. Servers brought her crayons and a coloring sheet; also brought her order (mac & cheese) as soon as it was ready. (ours wasn’t ready yet). This is now one of only about three places we’ll take her and her 8 year old sister to eat. Child friendly and real food (not frozen and microwaved*) * The mac and cheese is packaged Kraft; that’s a good thing, since neither g’child will eat anything *but* Kraft ❤️“

“My family and friends love La Hacienda, we have eaten there every Friday night for 7 years! Their margaritas will make you happy and they are not over priced like many places are. The waitress are pleasant and will take good care of you. Myra is awesome!!!“

“Brought my Friends for the first time and they had the all you can eat sushi hibachi. They enjoyed the fried shrimp. They had a shrimp hibachi, the chicken and shrimp habachi. They enjoyed the rainbow roll, Dancing crab roll, the saki roll, the rock and roll roll, the crazy roll and the crab ran goon. Very nice atmosphere.“

I highly recommend the Mississippi Melt burger, and the Mucho Mushroom burger. Both come with cheese and bacon. Love this place! I want to try the Pizzadilla next, because of my love for pizza, and the fact that it's a pizza quesadilla, and I love quesadillas and cheese, hopefully we'll come back to try it, but the menu is huge. A lot of people love their Taco Burger, and the chili cheese seasoned fries are amazing!!!!!“

“The service was Great ! My waiter Greeted us with a smile and ambiance was very laid back. The food was very good ! Every sauce and seasoning I pick for my bowl was executed to prefection! Every bite was full of flavor ! The only problem i had was were you pick your meats for the bowl was all over the place . I know they were very busy so they could not get to it right at the moment . Now we as the people need to do better with putting the meat and veggies in the bowl properly. Will I try this place again, absolutely! Thank you for wonderful experience and see you soon .“

The only reason I even give red lobster a positive review is our server. I think her name was Madison. She was great. But if it wasn’t for her I would go much lower with this score.“

“LongHorn Steakhouse has always been one of those dependable spots where you expect a hearty meal and a relaxed atmosphere. Our recent visit had a few bumps in the road, but it still managed to be an entertaining experience—thanks largely to the bartender, Michelle.

To be fair, we did come in about an hour before closing, which is never the easiest time for any kitchen. Unfortunately, my meal arrived a little colder than expected, and my wife’s lamb chops were… well… let’s just say they were still auditioning to return to the pasture. It happens, especially late in the evening, so we tried to take it in stride and keep the mood light.

Now here’s where the evening turned memorable.

Michelle, the bartender, absolutely carried the night. From the moment we sat down, her energy was infectious. She was upbeat, engaging, and clearly working hard to keep everyone happy as the night wound down. At one point we even heard her passionately advocating on our behalf to the kitchen staff—which, honestly, was both impressive and a little hilarious. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience, even when things behind the scenes weren’t going perfectly.

Her enthusiasm turned what could have been a frustrating dinner into a genuinely funny and enjoyable evening. Good service can completely change the tone of a visit, and Michelle proved that.

So while the food may have missed the mark this time, the hospitality did not. We’ll definitely give LongHorn another shot—and next time, we’ll probably just sit at the bar and let Michelle run the show again.“

“The best BBQ is always at an interesting place. What this restaurant lacked in ambiance, it made up in value and taste. Senior sandwich plate including a side and a drink, all for $7.00? Yes, please. Cashier was no nonsense and everyone else in the place was super friendly. Great lunch stop.“
