I heard the brisket is awesome. It must be. Cuz the last 3 times I went to Silo Central BBQ, the gal at the counter told us they were out of Brisket. And the 3rd time, today, she did not know when or IF they were going to have any brisket. Hopefully, 4th time is a charm…
Good food, good customer service
We have had our Bible and BBQ study there for two weeks now. Several reasons, atmosphere, location, reasonable prices, and they are one of the best for good service in Desoto county.

Based on the reviews, Central BBQ Southaven offers great food, great service, and great options. The food is constantly delicious, with the ribs for two with four sides being worth every penny. The brisket sandwich was kind of tasteless and a bit tough, but the fries were great. Good BBQ is available, and the sweet tea was very good. The restaurant is very nice, very clean, and well taken care of, with a nice setting inside and outside. The service is outstanding, employees are super friendly, and the manager is awesome. It is a chain, and a bit on the expensive side, but the food is delicious.
