I hate leaving bad reviews but i tried to send in a message with the contact us on their website and it didn’t work. First and foremost I’ve been to this location before in the past and they have done well: super friendly, very speedy and the food was what you’d expect. This location, (Getwell Rd Southaven) is my usual favorite stop. However, last two visits I ordered a banana split and told they were out of bananas! If you can’t keep them take it off the menu! Incompetence!

Sunday august 6 at 3:15 went by for a dipped cone. Drive thru not to happy to serve us. I spoke but only got a half smile. We had to throw away the cones due to the chocolate being sour. Nasty. $10.00 in the trash. We called to report but no answer for 3 times and no option to leave a message or call back. Very disappointed!
