I ordered strawberry blizzard. The lady whose name is Samantha, brought chocolate blizzard. I told her thats not the right order, she said strawberries in it. I asked her to make the one I ordered. She said, WHATEVER and threw it in the trash. Horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered a mini blizzard with EXTRA SNICKERS. When I got to the window and I saw the blizzard I immediately gave it bk. I even tried to mix it up but it was still a cup of ice cream with a few sprinkles of snickers. So she gets an attitude and ask me Y? I said this blizzard barely has any snickers. Now we're giving each other the death stare while she tries to convince me it has 2 scoops on it. Remaining calm, I said ok I still want my money and you can keep the blizzard. I used to love DQ but it's getting worse every time I go. Just take it off the menu all together if their not going to add any candy to it... oh I used to work in an ice-cream establishment so I know what those 2 scoops should look like.??♀️

Blizzards we not mixed properly. Bottom half was mostly vanilla. All snicker flavor was on top half of cup.
Stopped by for ice cream. My husband got a m&m blizzard, and I got a non dairy dilly bar cause I have a serious allergy to milk. It would have been better to inform me that I was no good rather than to sell us that. The dilly bar had an inch of frost bite ice around half the bar. It was crushed and tasted like it was months old. Couldn't even eat it. I had to throw it out.

I hate leaving bad reviews but i tried to send in a message with the contact us on their website and it didn’t work. First and foremost I’ve been to this location before in the past and they have done well: super friendly, very speedy and the food was what you’d expect. However, the past couple times I’ve been it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. Employees are rude and food isn’t good. This last time I went the lady at the window was not very nice. Then I get my blizzard and it’s barely even blended. Over a third of my blizzard was just plain ice cream.

Disgusting, filthy and horribly mismanaged. Order a peanut buster parfait, and it was not fit to eat. Several people who we're supposed to be working, sit around doing nothing but talking on their phone.
Have been by THEEE different times at different dates and they always say their ice cream machine is down……

Open til 10:30 but doors were locked at 8. The girl at the window was so rude. We ordered sundaes and when we got to the window were told the machine was broken but when we watched the cars behind us they got ice cream.

i ordered the oreo hot cocoa, paid for extra oreos and extra cocoa fudge. and i pretty much got a vanilla blizzard with some oreos. not at all what i ordered.
