First of all, I want to thank Ms. Salena in the online ordering and pickup department. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to pick my order from the store while I waited.
I requested that my order be ready for pickup between 7 pm and 8 pm. I got to the store around 7:55 pm because I had not received a text message stating that my order was ready. Despite this, the staff's friendly and accommodating nature makes up for any shortcomings. Additionally, customers appreciate the convenience of online ordering and pickup, as long as communication and timing are improved.
