Was at Back Yard Burgers today 5-22-25. Bought a Blackened Chicken Combo, was delicious as always. Have been there many times, not once have I been disappointed.
For the first time ever, my family went to Back Yard Burgers in Benton, AR. The food was very good but the waitress looked like she climbed out of bed and came to work. She had on pj pants that were filthy, hair in a bun not brushed, and white tennis shoes that were so dirty they were black. I wondered where the manager was and why would she be allowed to work looking like that. I would think the restaurant would want better representation than that.
The music was loud, and the lady taking my order misheard me, and delivered a black and Bleu burger instead of a black bean burger. She corrected that. Aside from that, everything was good. The fries were among the best I have ever had. Crispy, cut fries instead of formed ripple effect, and delivered to the table very hot. The fries alone are worth a return trip.
