Was at Back Yard Burgers today 5-22-25. Bought a Blackened Chicken Combo, was delicious as always. Have been there many times, not once have I been disappointed.
For the first time ever, my family went to Back Yard Burgers in Benton, AR. The food was very good but the waitress looked like she climbed out of bed and came to work. She had on pj pants that were filthy, hair in a bun not brushed, and white tennis shoes that were so dirty they were black. I wondered where the manager was and why would she be allowed to work looking like that. I would think the restaurant would want better representation than that.
Burgers were both hot and fresh and tasted great. Better than I remember

Back Yard Burgers is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. While some customers have praised the food quality and friendly staff, others have experienced issues with order accuracy and nonchalant service. The burgers are described as "just okay" and slightly smaller than average, but customers can upgrade to a "large" size for an additional cost. The restaurant's decor is noted as being a bit worn, but customers are encouraged to look past that and enjoy the tasty sandwiches. Notably, the Cajun chicken sandwich has received high praise for its flavor, along with the Blackened Chicken Combo, which many customers find delicious. The staff has been recognized for providing excellent customer service, often accommodating special requests with care. Overall, the reviews suggest a restaurant that provides a decent dining experience, with room for improvement in order fulfillment and customer service, but with many customers expressing a desire to return.
