Couldn't get the order right,not just me but the whole family,told them no pickles and still got them

It has been a long time since we've been to Backyard Burger and wanted try it again. I'm not too keen about going through the drive thru because most of the time,, my order gets messed up.. We went to the one located in Southaven, MS drive thru. Big change since I've been there. The young lady at the window seems too nonchalant or didn't care and probably the reason why she messed up our order. At first we ordered two mushrooms Swiss burgers and then changed it to three, along additional order. So when we got to the window, paid for our food, my son wanted to check our order before we left. Of course she didn't make the change and had to order another one. Before we got to the window, it was just one car behind us; when we left, there was a very, very long line! The burgers were just ok; glad I didn't get the fries and drink!

This place is great, amazing food you can taste the effort going into it and friendly/outgoing staff. The decor is a bit beat up for honesty but look past that and enjoy the sandwiches they're beyond good for an ever better

I ate here last night, 1st time ever ant this location and currently at hospital for food poisoning!. I ordered (2) #1s with everything and 3 hours afterwards, I couldn’t stop regurgitating I’ll never eat here again.

A good ole classic American burger joint. The burgers are well cooked, seasoned and assembled. The seasoning on the perfectly crispy fries is great as well. The fried pickles are some of the best I've ever had. The pretty ribbon on it all is the generous portion sizes they give you. I wish we had one back where I'm from. Great eats!

Have been to this location twice in the last two weeks..ordered a hamburger...both times the meat was dry and overdone and the bun was very dry and crumbled.. sure not what Backyard Burger used to
My favorite place where I feel like I get what I pay for. Their black jack chicken & black jack burgers are really awesome.

Holes in walls--literally, Several seats ripped apart, walls falling apart, roll of towels just left on the sink, no smiles from unfriendly staff, TV too loud, upholstery on back of bench seats dirty. Will never return to this store. I don't know how they keep the company name.
