Visited store today . My daughter ordered slice of cookie cake and worker thought she wanted the double . I seen it and asked for a single one layer slice of cookie cake,it set manager off . The manager was rude and said you get what you ordered and I told her that’s not what we ordered .She went on and on and said I needed to train my kids. They are 16 and 17 by the way . While in there , she also yelled at the other employees. When I asked for a manager ,she starts yelling...read full review
Went to pick up my order yesterday and there was a mix up and it wasn’t made yet. While I waited, I was given free cookies and a free drink and it took her literally under ten minutes to make my cake. Amazing service!!!
