I haven’t had donuts in a really long time and I can’t say I have ever had a better one. However, anyone and everyone who could use a brighter day stop by and have a quick conversation with the young lady at the counter. She is a breath of fresh air.
My husband loves apple fritters. His last two experiences getting them at Dunkin have been very disappointing, not even fritters at all. They were more like donuts filled with a small bit of apple. Today we tried Donut King and its where we'll go in the future. A touch more apples would be nice he says but they are genuine fritters. They must be good though because they are BIG and he just ate two. LOL. I had jalapeno kolaches and they were big and EXCELLENT.
