“Overall was very good! Everyone was so nice! My boyfriend & I loved our drinks (Cinnamon Roll Latte & Chai Tea Latte -by far the best Chai I’ve had in years). The power breakfast was a little on the smaller, lacking side but the strawberry shortcake stacks were phenomenal! All and all it was fantastic, I wish we had something like this up in Chicago!“
“When I went to college, some of my favorite moments were spent at Waffle House because it was one of the only places that I could afford that was open 24/7!Whenever I run across one, I make sure that I grab a pecan waffle, a few slices of bacon and some orange juice, just so that I can reminisce about when life was real simple.“
“This visit to IHOP in Southaven, MS was a treat! My family and I enjoyed breakfast there, because our son wanted to try their Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. Delicious! We were there at 6:30am and were waited on by the nicest person: Donna. She was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our food was served in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and attractive (although the music was a little loud). Prices on the new menu were comparable to other restaurants in the area, especially their 55+ items. We enjoyed this visit and hope to return soon.“
“This place is absolutely incredible. Service is great, fast, friendly. Their recommendations are amazing if you’re indecisive. Best French toast and scrambled eggs I’ve ever had and my boyfriend got an omelette that was unbelievably good. Better than any well known tourist spot in downtown Memphis. Worth the trip out! Will be back here again to eat next time we come into town. We live 3.5 hours away, and might have to come back sooner than planned to!“
“Delicious. Had the hungryman. My scrambled eggs were fluffy. The bacon was meaty (not fatty) and cooked perfectly — almost crisp but still chewy. Sausage patty was meaty and great. Pancake was moist with a great batter-y taste. Grits were great (and I’m not normally a grits person). Biscuit and gravy were solid too. Potatoes were cooked to perfection.Had all that with a big glass of milk for $15. It was so good.“
“I've been here twice. Both times the food was really good and people were friendly. Their atmosphere is awesome as well! I had breakfast the first time which was phenomenal!! I chose a healthy lunch option for my second visit. I was full and satisfied with each choice! It's definitely worth visiting!!“
“We had stopped in around 1pm and had the big breakfast, with some changes to the meal. They went above and beyond and we had a fantastic meal. We were waited on pretty quick and our food came out within minutes. Our waitress was friendly and we got service with a smile. DONT GET RID OF THE COOK HE IS AWESOME MADE FOOD WORTH EATING. “I usually just fly in and drive straight out of Memphis. Mostly because I can't stand the food options or service in the airport. However, there are little gems like Hot Wings Xpress that I will sometimes get during my hast out of town if I need food pronto. The wings are actually quite good. The only issue is consistency. I have been here when the food was less than stellar. However, as others have said, when it is good, it is great! Try their honey wings. You'll be happy you did.“
“Came here on a whim before grocery run at Kroger next door.. able to seat quickly, table was clean and prepared, waitress greeted us quickly and got drinks to us in about 45 seconds. Food came quickly, was hot and delicious as always. When paying I wanted to make sure the tip went to my waitress only so when manager rang up my order I asked her to make sure it went to my waitress, she asked who my waitress was and I pointed her out. That’s when she said “yes”. Why would she ask me to point her out? Maybe she was just curious.. hopefully so! Overall A+“
