Food is good. Service for personal online order sucks. Craft Road IHOP have preferences for the Door Dash, Uber Eats or other delivery app. Instead, i have to wait until all Door Dash order were prepared.
The Waiter Marcus has restored my faith in the younger generation!I pulled up & dropped My Dad off at the door with his walker & went to park.Marcus came outside & asked My Dad if he could help him in. He held both doors open for him (the doors are heavy).After, He was our waiter, Very Friendly, well Mannered Young Man!!! typical IHOP, but I hate getting just barely warm food. it wasn't that busy yet my butter still wouldn't melt on my pancakes even after they brought out "heated" syrup. sad face insert here...
