Driver refused to deliver and returned our order to restaurant. We were not notified until I called then we were not offered a new driver a fresh order or a refund
we just made a 3rd attempt to eat at chilis. 3rd time we got up and walked out. we were not the only table that left. it was not that busy but definitely poorly managed. We have made our last trip to natchitches chilis.
Missing condiments, drinks, bag was not secured and tamper-proof. Lost me as a customer.

Based on the reviews, Chili's Grill & Bar has vastly improved, offering a very good experience with excellent service and very good food. The Sirloin is fantastic, with best flavored asparagus and broccoli, and the steak seems very much like a filet. The burger and steak are prepared to perfection, and the 3 for $10 fajitas are excellent with fresh salad. The servers are very busy yet friendly and efficient, and the manager actively walks around greeting customers. The beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are on point, and the atmosphere is a clean and decent spot. However, a carryout experience was poor: the food was sitting and ready, the cashier was rude about a receipt, the Southwest egg rolls were deflated, and the steak fajitas had no wraps and were tasteless like the black beans. The skillet queso is missed, and the southwest queso is good but not the same. Overall, the dine-in experience is recommended, but the Olive Branch location had issues.
