Today was the second day for 1836 DeSoto to be open, and we were slammed. We were short staffed in the kitchen and Ash was over ordering some wings from us to take back to the pub for him and his crew to enjoy. Well, our dish pit has dishes stacked higher that City Hall, we're backed up on tickets and we're all in a bind trying to keep up. Long story short, he says hold on, let me go over to the pub and grab my apron to help with dishes. THIS GUY SHOWS UP WITH HIS CHEF AND HIMSELF to help in the kitchen. People talk about support small businesses, but when small businesses support each other, everyone in the community succeeds. THANK YOU TO ASH’S PUB!!! WE ❤️ YA!!!”

“We were greeted with a smile upon arrival. Our waiter checked on us often to ensure we had a good experience. Our food came out quickly with little to no wait. The food was hot and fresh off the press.”

“We preordered an order for turkey, ham, and macaroni and scheduled a pickup for the day before Thanksgiving. I knew it was going to be busy, obviously. What I didn’t know was going to happen was a line of people around the building. But I definitely understand that can happen the day before Thanksgiving and just got in line with everyone else. The manager(s) and employees were very patient and polite through the entire process. They went as quick as possible and did their best with the situation.”

The only thing I didn’t like was they only give you 2 small things of ranch for your pizza. But other than that everything was great”

“Coming from California, I've eaten a lot of authentic Mexican cuisine, and this was that. I was with two locals.

To be perfectly honest, we were supposed to meet at another Mexican restaurant down the road, but my dear friend provided us with the wrong name of the restaurant, so it was what it was.??‍♀️ So we stayed.

I ordered a grill chicken salad in a crispy fried tostada shell. It contains lettuce, cheese, rice, pinto beans, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
I thoroughly enjoyed my food, and yes, my margarita. ?

My friends, well, their experience wasn't like mine. One ordered the white cheese dip, which was quite salty, so she didn't eat much of it, and the other friend's spinach w chicken dish was salty, too. She returned it for a no salt version of the same dush of which was eatable. The rice and beans on her dish and my salad were perfectly seasoned. The bottomless warm chips and salsa hit the appetizer spot!”

I've been ordering for about 3 years and each time I receive the same outstanding service whether we order cookie kits or decorated cookies.”

“Rolling Thunder was chosen for my granddaughter’s wedding reception on June 22, 2024. I have to admit I was skeptical when I first heard we were having a “food truck” cater her wedding reception. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The food was absolutely amazing and Adam was heaven to work with, even finding room in his refrigerator and freezer for some unexpected chilling we needed to do. If he could come to California, I would be hiring him repeatedly throughout the year. If you are in southern Oregon, so yourself a favor and give Adam a call for your next event! I can't believe if this was the case why didn't you just say sir are you going to change your gloves? I am very professional and it is my desire to serve the public safe food. I am a little disturbed that someone would take a shoe tie this far. We always use tongs when handling food and change gloves regularly when handling raw food in the back kitchen. We have an A from the health department visit to the restaurant. Praises to God the restaurant is doing extremely well and present customers are very happy. Thanks!!”

They came in cursing and yelling and threw up middle fingers and ran off laughing. This store was filled with families with children. We were all in disbelief of how they acted. My family and I would frequent this Baskin Robbins for desert 3 x's a month for our kids good behavior and special treats. NEVER again. Obviously the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because we never got great service. Our pickup orders were wrong many times and got no apology just rudeness. Never greeted, no smiles, always felt rushed when doing a sit down order. We will gladly do business elsewhere. Best believe I will spread the word.”

“The food was good and the service wasn't horrible but couldve been better. The last few times I've gone there i had to wait for someone to even acknowledge me. There were a lot of younger workers chatting about their out of work drama. They saw me but kept discussing their issues. One young man there was working the grill area and saw I wasn't helped. He said something to the other workers but they didn't care. He stopped what he was doing to take my order until one of the other ones stopped gossiping and decided to help us. After all that, they all ended up conversing with me and made sure my order was right and complete. I'll be eating here again in the future.”

“Marco's Pizza on Getwell Rd usually is pretty good with everything. Good service, hot food, and the atmosphere is well as expected for a tiny Pizza Palor. We always puck up to go. I will say curbside service is hit or miss. So for that I gave 4 stars. It's hard to have to get a toodler out the car to go in and pick up your order when you ask for curbside service. They never forget to ask for the tip, so how do you forget to bring out our orders. But anyway, we still enjoy this Marco's Pizza location. And plan to go back soon.

I’d ordered a shake, the Chocolate Cherry, and the gentleman made me a cherry flavored shake with chocolate flakes instead of the the other way around. I mentioned it to him and he stated this was the recipe. I thought maybe I’d had it wrong so I just thanked him and went to sit back down with my family. He came out 5 mins later, shake in hand with a smile on his face letting me know that he looked into his recipes and that the way I’d ordered it was correct. I told him No Worries and thanked him profusely. He did not have to do that. He was so very kind and friendly. Beautiful smile for miles. Great staff here!”
