“Great staff very helpful and nice will go back to eat. The cook was very good and nice. I wish that there was more like him. I would like to thank him again for cooking our food and, with me being a cook I know that with out people like him restaurants will not be able to make it.“
“I've never been to a waffle house before. I've always been a bit put off because they look a bit ghettoish. Last night, we decided to give it a go, and I got to say it is not what I was expecting. (From this location)First of all the employees were nice and welcoming, they were attentive. The food was great, fresh, and delicious, and the prices! What!? In this economy!? We enjoyed it and had it this morning as well. We'll totally be having it again.“
“Ordered curbside delivery. Waited and waited. Finally call and girl says its still in here waiting for you. Why call it curbside if you have to go in? We are truck drivers and need to eat and grab a shower. Ya'll don't want to have us inside until we get showered.“
“Came here on a whim before grocery run at Kroger next door.. able to seat quickly, table was clean and prepared, waitress greeted us quickly and got drinks to us in about 45 seconds. Food came quickly, was hot and delicious as always. When paying I wanted to make sure the tip went to my waitress only so when manager rang up my order I asked her to make sure it went to my waitress, she asked who my waitress was and I pointed her out. That’s when she said “yes”. Why would she ask me to point her out? Maybe she was just curious.. hopefully so! Overall A+“

“Overall was very good! Everyone was so nice! My boyfriend & I loved our drinks (Cinnamon Roll Latte & Chai Tea Latte -by far the best Chai I’ve had in years). The power breakfast was a little on the smaller, lacking side but the strawberry shortcake stacks were phenomenal! All and all it was fantastic, I wish we had something like this up in Chicago!“
“The food was fantastic! Everything my wife and I ate was tasteful and nothing but amazing. The Parmesan chicken omelet was very tasteful and tender. The Cinnamon pancakes were delicious. The service was excellent. Staff members were very polite and assisted if you needed anything. The ambiance was very unique with its custom design. However, this is where it bothered me a little. The seating booth (#34) I sat in was very tight and made it uncomfortable to eat my food. If only they could add more space, would it be great. Also, the seat texture made it difficult for me to get in and out quickly. Overall, I would go back because of the tasty food and customer service experience.“
“I usually just fly in and drive straight out of Memphis. Mostly because I can't stand the food options or service in the airport. However, there are little gems like Hot Wings Xpress that I will sometimes get during my hast out of town if I need food pronto. The wings are actually quite good. The only issue is consistency. I have been here when the food was less than stellar. However, as others have said, when it is good, it is great! Try their honey wings. You'll be happy you did.“
“Delicious. Had the hungryman. My scrambled eggs were fluffy. The bacon was meaty (not fatty) and cooked perfectly — almost crisp but still chewy. Sausage patty was meaty and great. Pancake was moist with a great batter-y taste. Grits were great (and I’m not normally a grits person). Biscuit and gravy were solid too. Potatoes were cooked to perfection.Had all that with a big glass of milk for $15. It was so good.“
