“I Love this place. It is not near but travel to olive branch airport. when i'm there, I always stop off at cookout. the quality of food the selection the sides, the price are all far superior to. Mickey D or B King. the staff is always friendly and competent. surprisingly, they're generally not overly busy, so service is quick. This is not slammed together, pre prepared food but made to order. This is #1 double burger, two sides and drink under $10!!!“

“They should close that place and fire the manager ,.Extremely poor customers service Today I brought the impossible burger #3 Yes it was impossible to eat. The burger was very over cooked it was burnt, and I paid 12 dollar for it There is no Excuse for this , I called the store to tell them about it yes I was upset and this Lady said she was the manger to bring it back yes I scream it's raining out side you think am going to come back , Women please . You Burger King think am coming back to show you my burnt food no way Baby keep that 12 dollar I see you need it.but it will never happen again Yall Food is so Discussing Either get people that care about your Business or Close it Up period. “Went on a Wednesday night after graduation. Only one waiter and 1 cook and the place filled up with large groups. The waiter was Very nice and did his best to take of everyone and so did the Cook. Our food was warm. The place is nice.

“We Ordered pick up for a family meal on our way home to Memphis from the beach. It was perfect. If we’d live closer we’d come all the time. It was packaged so carefully, everything present, everything neat and tidy. The girl working the to go station was so helpful and attentive.“

“Some of the best rice & burgers we have had!! We also ordered rib tips & catfish, sooo good! Fries are seasoned great as well! P.S. Don’t get the double burger 😅 the regular one is plenty 😂 couldn’t even finish all of it 😆“

“This was the best experience in a fast food place I have had in a long time. Kenya was great!! She greeted and actually talked to the customers. Checked with us to make sure our orders were ok. Addressed us my our names. Thanked us for coming. She did Basic Customer Services that is not done these days. This is probably her true personality. She was comfortable talking to and treating people in a friendly and professional manner.

“This Krystal has really seen some improvement over my stay in the US. They’ve got a new team together and done some renovation on the facility. I think it’s really paid off.
Staff are very friendly and try to make you feel at home.
I never thought I’d be a slider fan, but their cheese burger and chicken sliders are top notch. They make for a bangin’ late night snack.
They should consider opening a UK branch. It would give all the kebab shops a run for their money, with the night time economy crowd.“
