I received the wrong order. I ordered five Krystals and received five Krystals with cheese and bacon. I was the only customer in the drive-thru line and did not see customers waiting in line inside the store. Please do better Krystal.
Best burger cooked with extra onions just like I ordered it, first time in many years I got it the way I ordered it. Great friendly service, keep this manager on the job, she is the best and very friendly, her name is Jackie
2 to 3-stars for a few reasons: 1. Cost, $15.00 for #3 combo which is 3 double cheese Krystal burgers, small fries and small drink = insane food cost. 2. Manager taking drive through orders & front counter orders, yelling on the drive through mic, yelling to colleagues, yelling back orders to customers. 3.
