Just got two shaken espressos with an extra shot each… zero espresso in these. It’s 100% iced coffee. I’m a former employee. I’ve also been drinking this drink and supporting Starbucks for over 10 years. HIGHLY disappointed. I spend $15 a day on these drinks.
Just take the time to pull the shots. Don’t try to rush to get rid of your line. This has happened the last 2 times I’ve come to this location.
