Got here sat at the intercom after placing a online order. After sitting there 45 mins or so we drove to window and nobody would come to it but they would look at it! And then we went in to see if we could get our online order and they blamed it on shift change and that they only had 4 employees. And told us we can’t really get a refund unless contact the mobile app people. And said or we can continue to wait in line after we got out of it and it’s backed up to road.
