Used to come here all of the time. Tried to get Krystal’s at 11:23 the other night they tell me they are closed when they are supposed to close at 12. This has happened to me twice in the past month there. Meanwhile the girl is out back smoking and on her phone. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Poor service, long wait time, and cold food. Sounds odd doesn’t it? I went through the drive thru today at 2:45p- there were two cars ahead of me, both having placed their order and were sitting at the window. 15 minutes later, i was met with a nasty, bad attitude young woman at the window. Didn’t get order right. When i pulled away from the window at 3pm, why was the food cold? Wait that long for them to cook the food? Or are they just screwing around? The latter because the food was ice cold. The fries must’ve been from the prior day and the burgers looked like an absolute mess, and yes, cold too. That woman needs to find a new line of work, because she (and the cold food and long wait time) made me realize i will not patronize this place again.

I just left there with no order. My order was very complicated, a 12 krytal sackful with cheese, it is 18.26. She told me $39. I asked what was on the order she did a meal, told her i didnt want the meal just the 12 sackful, she told me $32. Still not the right price which is clearly 18.26 so about $23 with tax. I left, if you can screw up a simple order that much you dont need my money.

This embarrassing moment occurred 1320 hours on January 28, 2024 at 7935 Craft-Goodman Frontage, Olive Branch, MS 38654. At the mentioned date, I was accompanied with a camera man and was documenting a routine. I drove to my favorite shopping stores and my favorite Krystal. I arrived and ordered my food and she repeated the wrong order. I corrected the order and suddenly a male voice interrupted the intercom. His tone was angry and he addressed me in the most unprofessional manner. I respectfully reminded him that I am a customer and I didn't want Krystal to be viewed negatively. The correction caused him to become more hostile and I told him this was being recorded, to give him a hint. This person spoke to me like I was in a zoo and I was embarrassed. I asked for his name, and there's witnesses he refused. I asked for the manager and to my surprise, he stated he was the district manager. I drove to the window, careful not to activate their timer. The district manager came to the window and put on a show. I tried to take the picture myself as the district manager was obvibious of my passenger with the camera.I'm shocked to learn the POOR quality of management of this franchise. He still refused his name, but I'm sure the company can find him on their camera, wearing the black Steeles shirt from the date and time.

I thought I was going to send a huge shout out to this location but seems EVERYONE does. I mean, this location is always kind and courteous. I live in Memphis, TN about 5 miles up and prefer this location anyday. The service here is exceptional. The staff consisted of three people around 8pm Friday night (12/08/2023), quickly working together. When I say ordering a 12-ct would take a minute...it didn't take long at all. The good thing was he (the older gentleman) INSTANTLY let me know it'll be a small wait due to the fresh cooked meal. OMG...the fries were on point! The sweet tea was tea'ing and courtesy was super amazing!!! I promise these small details are hard to find but hope they look forward to seeing me more and more after this moment.It's hard to find good service and so with a lost receipt, I wanted to find a way to let you all know that this made a huge difference and oh yea, the food was onnnnn point. Greatness all around and the young lady sent me off with a great 'Merry Christmassss'!!Thanks yall - good times were had on Friday night.
