Came back a few times as an adult and still didn’t disappoint. Been around forever for a reason. It’s good, and it’s worth every penny.“

“The friendliest staff ever. The restaurant was very clean and well cared for. The restrooms very equally clean. It has been years since I have been inside a Mc Donald’s. We stopped there today 7/15 /21 at just before 1pm. This shift of worker deserves praise. The one lady was going above and beyond to give great customer service. Job well done.“

“I do NOT recommend i love wendys...or did. up until last few weeks. when I called, a simple- hello?!..I askrd- umm is this wendys? told it was. I thought it was "hello thank you for calling wendys! this is Jane, how can I help you?" guess that's changed cuz the manager got on and was screaming at employees and completely ignoring me. she would laugh at whatever other convo she was having. I repeated hello? she said "yeah?"..then asked a question and I said, are you talking to me? she said no...then repeatedly argued that the order on the ticket for my classic chicken sandwich said no chicken..really??? I was looking at my copy and no where did it say that. it was a repeat order we had done numerous times in the past. that aside, who orders a classic chicken with no chicken? here's a nice Lil summary of the past 3 orders and how horribly wrong they were... 1. ordered a classic chicken sandwich with pickle lettuce and ketchup only I got- two buns with ketchup and lettuce only- no chicken..I could look past the pickles not that big of a deal 2. I ordered classic chicken same way, with sm fry and 4 chicken nuggets --I got sm fry and classic chicken ketchup only..yeah, no nuggets 3. tonight I was going to give one more chance classic chicken with lettuce pickles ketchup only.. I got a spicy chicken with mayo and tomato only. like I said, I love Wendy's. up until a few weeks ago, no big issues..inconveniences, yes..but I can add ketchup or over look no lettuce...even tho I'm a paying customer and there is no excuse with order being wrong at all..esp when the ticket stapled to the bag was exactly what I ordered. however, I have reached my limit. 3 major strikes. I don't know what happened in the past couple weeks, but dang..I'm done. we were reimbursed..for thr chicken nuggets and the chicken missing from the sandwich and I think tonight too. I do NOT recommend this particular wendys until they get their act together. 3 orders in less than 2 weeks..that's embarrassing..I miss the old manager Sharon. she was awesome.“

The experience was amazing we had the fish, fried corn,fried okra, steak &grilled chicken potato, seafood food potato,loaded fries, and fried and grilled salmon bites everything was delicious 🤤😋 great customer service. “Great food at all locations (I’ve been eating at the original on Madison since 1978). We ate lunch in Southaven today with our 3 year old granddaughter. Servers brought her crayons and a coloring sheet; also brought her order (mac & cheese) as soon as it was ready. (ours wasn’t ready yet). This is now one of only about three places we’ll take her and her 8 year old sister to eat. Child friendly and real food (not frozen and microwaved*) * The mac and cheese is packaged Kraft; that’s a good thing, since neither g’child will eat anything *but* Kraft ❤️“

“Horrible Memphis TN Germantown Rd location warning warning do not go they are horrible and your order will not be correct spent over $40 for the worst burgers and fries ever. everything sucked dry burgers, bacon pieces not strips, everything was horrible. “Went on a Wednesday night after graduation. Only one waiter and 1 cook and the place filled up with large groups. The waiter was Very nice and did his best to take of everyone and so did the Cook. Our food was warm. The place is nice.

“When you get the food hot and fresh it is really good. But I asked for a ranch so I could dip my fries and onion rings in it and they said they would have to charge me for it. The cashier had a funky little attitude when I asked for condiments. Like it was coming out of their pockets or something. And acted like they were being forced to do it. They are getting paid to do that. No one asked them to work there. ATTENTION WHATABURGER..,come on man. Yall make enough money off the food and drinks alone, you could let someone get at least one free condiment besides ketchup. “This restaurant has truly gone down hill. Morning shift does a great job. It’s the night crew that makes the restaurant terrible. I placed an order through the app and when I got to the restaurant to pick my food up my order had not been prepared because employees said that they weren’t sure if they had the ingredients for my order. Just for them to say they had everything so I had to wait even longer for my order. Which was my whole point in ordering on the app and waiting a while before going up to the restaurant.“

“They had nothing ready they refused to answer simple questions and then left me at the speaker at 5:30am and this is supposed to be a 24hour restaurant.he told me what they did have so I tried ordering that then he said they didn't have it. Young man was rude, lack professionalism, and granted I worked overnight 13 hours so I understand he probably been there all night but I wasn't rude he didn't want to answer simple questions and they need to do better. I went to other location up the street that had everything ready to go for morning shift and was very nice“

“This was my first visit ever to a Krystal. I'm from Pennsylvania and no Krystal's in the area. I was greeted warmly from the time I entered the restaurant. Ms. Jackie and her team were extremely friendly. I got the special combo of two sliders and a chili cheese dog. D...Lish. I come to the Memphis once a month on business and have the choice of where I eat. Outside of my BBQ meals, Krystal Olive Branch will always be one of my meal stops in the future.
