“We tried 901 wings in Hernando for the first time tonight. We bought a variety of things including corn nuggets, cheese, sticks, lemon pepper, wings, honey barbecue wings, and a half pound cheeseburger with fresh cut fries. We called in our order and picked it up in store. The staff was super friendly and helpful. All of the food was delicious. Our kids ate up everything they got, and so did us parents. I highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.“

“A small group of us were visiting the U.S. from Sunderland, in the North East of England, and were travelling from Memphis to New Orleans. As it does, hunger kicked in and were didn't have any idea where to eat. Would it be safe? or would it be good food? etc. We see all sorts on British television! 😂. We needn't have worried, other patrons spoke to us, after hearing our accents and were very friendly. Martha, one of the staff, took great care of us, explained everything and made us feel at home. I don't kniw if i'll ever be down that way again, but we only have good memories. Please pass on our best wishes to Martha and everyone else at the restaraunt.“

“This new location is absolutely beautiful the sitting, and ambience is perfect. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent as well!! My only issue which is nothing at all like the location in Collierville, is that evidently they don’t do the wine sampling to choose what you want with your protein. After speaking with the GM and her having a lack of knowledge of the history of the wine selection or the sampling process I found that odd. I frequent the other location quite often, and haven’t ran into this issue before. I’m hoping that it’s just because they’re new, and will get things in order soon. Thanks guys beautiful place with a welcoming bar staff.“

“First time here, but went to a party who had wings from this restaurant.. I ordered the wings (lemon pepper and honey hot) with fries. Those lemon pepper wings?? 🔥🔥 I am not a big lemon pepper wing person. They had this buttery undertone that took them ALL the way up. Perfectly seasoned, not dry, just right. These are not little pigeon wings either. Nice size, meaty, and worth every bite.
The fries came out hot and fresh. And let’s not skip over the customer service ...top tier. Restaurant...clean! Friendly, quick, and on point?.Yeah… I’ll definitely be back.“

“One of my favorite places in the area. The daily specials are such a good deal for really good food. The Reuben, shepherd's pie, and fish and chips are all stand-outs, among the best in the entire Memphis area. Even the vegetable sides are done well and tasty. Don't forget to try the amazing Milseog dessert, it's kind of like a pastry crust bread pudding. They even have weekly special burgers. I'm still waiting for the Elvis to come around again.“

“Hi I am the general manager whom this young lady is speaking on. I would like to first began by saying I am food safety certified and is very aware of cross contamination. I can't believe if this was the case why didn't you just say sir are you going to change your gloves? I am very professional and it is my desire to serve the public safe food. I am a little disturbed that someone would take a shoe tie this far. We always use tongs when handling food and change gloves regularly when handling raw food in the back kitchen. We have an A from the health department visit to the restaurant. Praises to God the restaurant is doing extremely well and present customers are very happy. Thanks!!“

“We Ordered pick up for a family meal on our way home to Memphis from the beach. It was perfect. If we’d live closer we’d come all the time. It was packaged so carefully, everything present, everything neat and tidy. The girl working the to go station was so helpful and attentive.“

“Great food at all locations (I’ve been eating at the original on Madison since 1978). We ate lunch in Southaven today with our 3 year old granddaughter. Servers brought her crayons and a coloring sheet; also brought her order (mac & cheese) as soon as it was ready. (ours wasn’t ready yet). This is now one of only about three places we’ll take her and her 8 year old sister to eat. Child friendly and real food (not frozen and microwaved*) * The mac and cheese is packaged Kraft; that’s a good thing, since neither g’child will eat anything *but* Kraft ❤️“

“We ate at this Applebees on 3/29/26 at around 10pm and Tracey was our waitress. She was very kind and attentive the entire time we were dining there. The food was excellent we got two orders of boneless wings the hot honey and sweet chili both very crispy and cooked well. We also got cheese sticks and chicken quesadillas both very yummy. This is hands down the best experience I’ve had at this Applebees and it was all thanks to Tracey’s hospitality and warm demeanor!“

“This is my primary Waffle House I go to. Everyone always nice and speak regardless if they are serving you.

“LongHorn Steakhouse has always been one of those dependable spots where you expect a hearty meal and a relaxed atmosphere. Our recent visit had a few bumps in the road, but it still managed to be an entertaining experience—thanks largely to the bartender, Michelle.

To be fair, we did come in about an hour before closing, which is never the easiest time for any kitchen. Unfortunately, my meal arrived a little colder than expected, and my wife’s lamb chops were… well… let’s just say they were still auditioning to return to the pasture. It happens, especially late in the evening, so we tried to take it in stride and keep the mood light.

Now here’s where the evening turned memorable.

Michelle, the bartender, absolutely carried the night. From the moment we sat down, her energy was infectious. She was upbeat, engaging, and clearly working hard to keep everyone happy as the night wound down. At one point we even heard her passionately advocating on our behalf to the kitchen staff—which, honestly, was both impressive and a little hilarious. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience, even when things behind the scenes weren’t going perfectly.

Her enthusiasm turned what could have been a frustrating dinner into a genuinely funny and enjoyable evening. Good service can completely change the tone of a visit, and Michelle proved that.

So while the food may have missed the mark this time, the hospitality did not. We’ll definitely give LongHorn another shot—and next time, we’ll probably just sit at the bar and let Michelle run the show again.“
