“One of our favorite go to places! Friendly staff, delicious food, at home atmosphere. There is a reason people stand in line and wait - because it is worth it! This is not “fast” food, it is cooked to order. The steaks, grilled chicken, hamburgers, catfish- EVERYTHING is delicious! Not the place to go if you are in a hurry, but if you want delicious food and to enjoy the company of the people you are dining with and a staff that all stop to check on you or just say hi - this IS the place to go.“

“JR’s is such a fun small town America-feel bar with great services, great food, and the best bartenders. All of the regulars/locals are so kind and fun also and make you feel welcome! The food is delicious, and the bartenders are so much fun with amazing service! (Shoutout to my girl Brandi) Karaoke nights are my favorite. It can be scary to go out to a bar as a woman at times, but the bartenders and the bar locals there make take the best care of the ladies at the bar and make sure they have a safe and fun time! 10/10 recommend“

“I Love this place. It is not near but travel to olive branch airport. when i'm there, I always stop off at cookout. the quality of food the selection the sides, the price are all far superior to. Mickey D or B King. the staff is always friendly and competent. surprisingly, they're generally not overly busy, so service is quick. This is not slammed together, pre prepared food but made to order. This is #1 double burger, two sides and drink under $10!!!“

“Great atmosphere to dine in. Great service, great food. You don’t just have one person waiting on you, you have several, whether it is a refill or just to ask if you need anything else.Can’t think of any negative experience my wife and have had since it has came under new management,facelift starting at the front door,rest rooms have all ways look to be clean and cared for.Never really met the cooks but they do a awesome job.There is a tip jar for both server’s and cooks. Hometown Kitchen, thanks for what changes have been made👍“
