Hamburgers were not done, meat was still red and pink. Ordered a Mushroom Swiss and didn't get the mushrooms. Didn't get drinks, and also didn't get 2 of the chips that came with kids meals. No refund or replacement even after contacting them about the issue. I definitely won't eat here or recommend anyone to eat here.
A decent burger but that's all I can say, it appears these burgers are cooked "off-site" and kept warm at the Hernando address.
My wife ordered hamburger steak and gravy, the gravy was made in the microwave! Not what you would expect from "The Burger Shop".
Tastes ok but right down the road is Fratello's which has a legit great burger, try them out!!
The people were really respectful and they met our hunger needs . Best restaurant ever
