Chicken sandwich tough as nails and no flavor.
Placed an online order. Went to pick up. Waited 20 min after the pick up time and was then informed what I ordered online wasn’t available at that store. I was told my order was canceled and I have been refunded. This was in November. I still have not been refunded. I’ve called and emailed corporate several times. I do not recommend.
Not sure what happened tonight. But I watched about 6 employees come out and try and jump on one customer. Don’t go to jacks unless you plan on getting into a fight and getting jumped. Won’t be back. Pitiful.
