Went through the drive-thru this morning and heard the manager compliment one of her employees on how good a job she was doing. Nice to witness appreciation! Customer service is outstanding.I am always impressed by their biscuits and gravy!
Vincent was terrific as our server. Very hard working and apologetic when they didn't have a couple items. The food was good and service even better! Thanks Vincent for a good experience!

Waited in line way too long. Very short staffed and it was lunchtime. I ordered a chocolate shake and the girl at the cash register was making them along with taking orders. The manager ended up helping her and I got my milkshake stacked in 2 cups. Apparently the bottom broke out of the first cup and she just slid it in another cup. I have pictures.
