Do Not Trust this Subway location. I ordered a regular personal pepperoni pizza which was supposed to be 5.99(pizza) + $1.00(pepperoni). The employee put 4 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza as she should have. She did not no how to ring it up properly so she called the owner, whom I believe was her husband, to ring it up. He knowingly charged me for an extra portion of pepperoni bringing the total to over $9. For a location and franchisee that does not except the Franchise's coupons...read full review
This place really needs new management. The customer service is absolutely horrible! I ordered a sandwich and asked the guy to get extra cheese and he gave me a dirty look and started shaking his head like I was annoying him! If you don't like your job you need to quit. No one asked you to work here! On a positive note the food is always good..

I go to this subway on hacks cross rd in olive branch, Ms all the time. The store is very clean, staff is friendly and very hard working. Food is always fresh and very quick. It looks like the owners are really trying hard to make their business better every day. A very good store.
