Crumbl offers a new menu of cookies each week, with flavors of the week to select. The cookies are huge and definitely shouldn't be eaten in one sitting. They are always warm (unless served cold) and delicious, with a moist texture. Favorites include the Pink Sugar Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Celebration Cookie, raspberry lemonade, blueberry cheesecake, and salted caramel cheesecake. Some cookies are decent, and the flavors are now available in a mini version. The staff is very friendly and nice, making the experience a bliss. The Olive Branch location is very fast and cleaner, with an in and out experience. It serves up customers quickly. Customers place orders online or on a kiosk at the store, and names are called when the order is ready. The cookies are a bit expensive, but the quality is awesome. The concept is loved, and the cookies have become a guilty pleasure.
