I went to Urban Japanese Fusion Cuisine with a coworker after work, and had a good experience. We were seated quickly, and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various sushi rolls. We got edamame as an appetizer, and I ordered a caterpillar roll with an order of tamago nigiri. All of the food was delicious, and definitely satisfied our sushi craving. The restaurant had modern Asian-inspired decor, and was overall a great atmosphere. I'd definitely return.
