“Anytime I am within 40 miles of this place I have to visit. The best Mexican I have had in years. Everything is tasty and well seasoned, the staff is focused on exceeding your expectations. This is my favorite Memphis spot for good affordable food that is gluten free. The machete is out of this world and enough for two people. You owe it to yourself to stop in and try. I am sure you will become a regular. I love in Florida but wish was my state.“
“We were there Sunday about 7 and there was a good crowd but some open tables. We were seated immediately, got chips and salsa, and had our drink orders taken. The drinks came quickly and we ordered our food. Within a few minutes our food arrived and the portions were huge. My carne asada filled the plate and my wife’s fajita quesadilla was the biggest ever. The food was delicious, the service was very good. We both took home a box. The only complaint is a large draft American beer was $7.50, the most I’ve ever paid. For a draft. We will be back.“
“The wait was long yet the service was superb. The food was delicious and seasoned well!!! There was a party going on that is why there was a wait. Yet good quality!Vegetarian options: The vegetable fajitas are sooooo good and well seasoned with corn tortillas are delicious!“
“I'm a Cali girl, and when I say this I really mean it! This food here is AMAZING so full of flavor and authentic. Not to mention the service Ruby gave me, so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. I highly recommend Rancho Grande for the best of authentic Mexican food.“
“We tried this while we were in the area from Michigan and it was definitely worth the 20 minute walk from our hotel. The staff is great. The homemade icecream is the best we've had. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.“
“Just got a to-go order and it won't be the last. This is a small place next to a gas station, so it may not grab your eye, but it's worth your time, definitely. The menu is straightforward with plenty of options, including a la carte tacos with plenty of meats to choose from. Pricing is pretty consistent to boot and my 3 tacos were well worth the $9 plus tax given both how good they were and how generous the servings of grilled veggies were while still having a good amount of meat on each. I was given 3 salsas, and all three were delicious, with the hottest of the three having a flavorful heat that is potent but hardly overwhelming. Everyone I spoke to was polite and my order was ready quickly as well, so the service gets a thumbs up. Also, corn tortillas are the default here, which is always welcome, at least in my book. I may not go there every single day, but if I have a hankering for tacos especially, I've got a new go to place. Being close to work and home is also a plus for me. Do yourself a favor and swing by, especially if you want some good corn tortilla tacos.“
“The most AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS food I've had in a very long time. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!! Closest thing to authentic Mexican without havin to cross the border!!!! High quality ingredients VERY reasonable prices!!!! Can't say enough about this restaurant!!!!“
“Being from LA, it's hard to find decent Mexican food here... Ordered the street tacos, and felt like I was back in California! I'll be returning to try other dishes on the menu. Can't speak on how the dine in service is since I ordered pickup, but I'll give it a try in the near future...“
“Food was good!!! Fast service. Amazing drinks!***UPDATE AUGUST 6, 2023****Food was not good and had no season in my chicken and steak fajitas. My tortillas were burnt, and I had to ask for more. The dip was good, and the Bob Marley top shelf was good ❤️?? Don't waste your time with the fajitas unless you're bringing your own seasoning for the meat. Also, my appetizer dip came to the table AFTER the food was out.“
“You were on point tonight, Moe's. We've had some unfortunate Moe's orders with missing items, missing toppings, and such. Tonight we got all four orders. We got our orders to go and we sat in the car and checked to ensure all the food was there. It was. All four orders were very tasty. The one not-so-great thing was the salsa. It wasn't good tonight. It had an odd, off taste. But as luck would have it, I made a big ol batch of homemade salsa today. And it is good. So we used my salsa rather than Moe's. But other than that - tasty!“
“Not only the best mexican food ive found in this area (greater Memphis), but beats out a lot of the places back on the west coast! The breakfast burritos are amazing, and i just had the birria burrito ? so good. The tres leche cake was delicious too, and they had quite a few desserts there.Service is great and they have a Salsa bar with a wide variety… need I say more? Go get some!“
