“My family and I love eating here! To much! lol But last week I ordered through the chick fil a app for delivery and used my points for a free frosted coffee and never received my order I payed $45 and then received a call from a DoorDash driver telling me order was stolen from another driver and my order was then cancelled and I called the number the Chick-fil-A app had and the lady I spoke with told me I would receive my refund within three days! This was on Jan. 28th and I still have yet to receive my refund?! :( very disappointing! $45 was a lot to spend that day I was sick for two weeks and my daughter was sick as well and she just wanted some chick fil a so I decided to spend that money and was out my last bit of extra money and nor did she get her lunch that day she wanted.. 🤦♀️ I would be mindful Using there app for delivery! :(“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick in Olive Branch and tried the Bacon Cheddar Melt with the Fancy Nancy chicken salad — absolutely delicious! The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of crunch from the bacon and creaminess from the chicken salad. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Definitely a great spot for a tasty lunch, and I’ll be back to try more flavors!“

“I’ve used them regularly over the last few months for corporate catering, and the food is always exceptional quality. Humdingers has been a huge hit with the staff as it’s something different from chicken nuggets, sandwiches, or pizza. Jennifer, the catering manager, makes the order placement painless for me!“

“I had a great experience at Guthrie’s Chicken Fingers. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—especially the chicken and their signature sauce. The fries were perfectly cooked, and everything came out quickly.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Amber, the assistant manager, was super professional and friendly. You can tell she really cares about making sure customers have a good experience and that the place runs smoothly. She checked in to make sure everything was good and handled everything with a great attitude.
Overall, this location has a welcoming atmosphere, great food, and strong leadership. Definitely one of the better fast-food spots around—I’ll be coming back for sure.“

“I stopped by Jack's during my work lunch break looking for something quick and filling. Overall, the experience was just alright—nothing particularly impressive, but not bad either. I ordered one of their combo meals, which came out reasonably fast, so I appreciated the efficiency given my limited time.
The food itself was okay. The burger was warm and decently put together, but it lacked the kind of flavor that would make me want to come back specifically for it. The fries were hot and crispy, though a bit under-seasoned for my taste. I did like the portion size—it was fair for the price, and I didn’t leave hungry.
The service was polite, if a bit rushed, but that’s understandable during the lunch rush. The dining area was relatively clean, although a few tables hadn't been wiped down yet.
In short, Jack's delivered what I expected: a quick, no-fuss meal to get me through the rest of my workday. It's not the kind of spot I'd go out of my way for, but it works if you're nearby and need something fast and familiar. Solid 3 out of 5. Nothing special, but it got the job done.“

“In a city with so many options for fried chicken, KFC is never my first option. This day was different because I was hungry and this was the closest place. The dining room was clean and relatively quiet because there weren’t that many people dining in. The young lady that took my order was courteous and professional which was a plus. My order came out hot and was actually really good. It took a bit so I think it was also freshly fried. It was well worth the 4 or 5 minute wait. The temperature in the dining room wasn’t exactly to my liking but it wasn’t designed specifically with me in mind so I can’t take off much for that. The manager, Naqueta, even came out to check on the diners. Overall I’m glad I stopped in and the next time I’m in the area this will be my first choice for lunch.“

“I want to bring attention to an experience that I had at the KFC location in Horn Lake, MS. Specifically pertaining to a Ms. Tenesha. Or so my receipt says that’s her name.
From the moment I pulled up to the drive through to place my order, to pulling up to the window to pay, and even being asked to pull forward to wait on my food, I have to admit something felt different.
At first, I wasn’t sure how it was going to go.
We have all had those fast food experiences. The rushed greeting. The flat tone. The sense that you are just another car in a long line. When I was asked to pull forward and wait, I assumed I knew exactly how this story would end.
Cold fries. Long wait. Minimal communication.
Instead, what I experienced was the complete opposite.
Ms. Tenesha, according to the receipt, was pleasant from the very first interaction. Her tone was warm and patient. She did not rush me. She did not sound irritated. She sounded welcoming. Genuinely welcoming.
When I was asked to pull forward, I braced myself for inconvenience. What I received was consideration. She ensured my fries were made fresh. Not reheated. Not scooped from the bottom of a bin. Fresh.
That small decision speaks volumes.
In an industry where speed often overshadows service, Ms. Tenesha delivered both. She made a routine drive through visit feel intentional and valued. That kind of customer service cannot be trained into someone who does not already care.
Employees like her are the reason customers return. They are the face of your brand.
I believe excellence should be acknowledged when it shows up. Ms. Tenesha deserves meaningful recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I strongly encourage corporate to consider rewarding her in a significant way, even to the extent of a monetary bonus such as $500 for her outstanding service.
It is rare that someone at a drive through leaves a lasting impression.
She did.
And KFC is better because of it.“
