“Jarod Noel greeted us so sweetly as he was cleaning the front of the restaurant. Which was the cleanest I have ever seen. He came straight to the cash register to take our orders. He was so helpful and kind. The backline Jeremy Gross did an excellent job preparing our food quickly and was very delicious. The young lady in the drive through Madison Myles and the assistant manager Rosie Collie both came to the front to help Jarod get our order bagged promptly and properly making sure we had all we needed. Everyone was so sweet and all smiles!! I highly recommend this location!! I was even impressed with how clean the parking lot was. The bathrooms were also fully stocked and cleaned.“

“They had nothing ready they refused to answer simple questions and then left me at the speaker at 5:30am and this is supposed to be a 24hour restaurant.he told me what they did have so I tried ordering that then he said they didn't have it. Young man was rude, lack professionalism, and granted I worked overnight 13 hours so I understand he probably been there all night but I wasn't rude he didn't want to answer simple questions and they need to do better. I went to other location up the street that had everything ready to go for morning shift and was very nice“

“Thank god my food was freshly made and on point. I did not read these reviews about freshness before I went. My Chicken was fresh and my fries was on point and my banana pudding shake was GREAT. They forgot my sauces so I had to park and go inside after I just left the drive-thru line. Chicken and fries are better than Canes unseasoned chicken and they're better than Slim Chickens. SC wasn't bad at all. I wasn't a fan of Zaxbys toast. I think Slim Chickens and Canes have better bread. Bone-in wings BBQ was on point too. Service was polite and food was ready in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend Zaxbys. This was my first ever visit to any Zaxbys. Very happy and I'd tell others to give it a try.“

“Location is not the best because of the small parking lot that's shared with other businesses and it is near the busiest street in North Mississippi. So be careful going in and out of this location.

Parking: Parking spots are tight, and if the liquor store is busy, you may not find a spot to park.“
